The Black Resistance and Barack Obama
Let me start this off with an important note...
I AM NOT AN OBAMA SUPPORTER! FUCK THE WHOLE POLITICAL SYSTEM! Since that has been said, we can move on. As you all know, Crakkkas have been coming out of the shadows and into the forefront expressing their hatred for Black folks and their love for white supremacy since Barack has been a contender for the presidency. For example... ![]() Both of these have made Atlanta local news. My question to the Assata family is, when do we begin to say..."We do not support Obama politically, but we will not allow this kind of bullshit, especially the death threats, to be aimed at this Black man!" That's just about the point I'm at. That bullshit bar in Marietta should be burned to the ground for that Obama/Curious George shit just as a sign. The editor of the Roswell, GA paper that had Obama in their crosshairs needs to be made an example of. But you know what, we won't do shit. We're too busy disclaiming and discrediting him to see the bigger picture here. Though many of us don't see him as a real Black man, the rest of the world DOES and are treating him as such! Manchurian Candidate, Mole, Android, CFR Conspirator, or whatever the fuck you want to call him...doesn't matter. They are attacking him because he is Black and we are letting it happen. We are allowing him to be lynched without any action. FUCK that! Is it because we disagree with this Black man that we are going to allow them to destroy him? Then what will we say? "We ain't like him anyway!" How stupid does THAT sound? - Afro

I am not a supporter of the political systems of Amerikkka either but I am a supporter of some of our people's right to believe in this beast. Some of them believe in it's alleged core values of justice and hope, and Obama is one of those persons. I think it is poppycock and folly to participate in the processes of this nation however it is their right. As Afrikans we tend to have a forgiving spirit, some of us have given over too much of that spirit and enough is enough! I have no mercy for those who threaten any of my people no matter how much I may disagree with their platforms, they belong to me. Obama is my brother although in my perception he foolishly believes in this beast. I cannot be a proponent of his harm or possible death. As my brother I am obliged to protect him. Honestly accept for running in the Aryan's system for President, I have not seen thus far any harm he has done to us as Afrikans. Please if anyone knows of any policies he has intiated to harm Afrikan people tell me. Now obviously as an enemy of the state called U.S.A. I feel the whole system is geared towards our destruction but individually I have not seen it from Obama. AfroNinpo I concur with your position, Obama is to be loved and respected because he is Afrikan first, should he position himself against is then he is to released into the mouth of the beast!

I wasn't privy to a lot of this until my cousin broke it down for me. I hadn't been keeping up with the election stuff...but apparently Huckabee made a joke about Obama being shot also. It made me wonder what kind of danger this brother (Barack) is really in right now. Anyway, here's the article.
Huckabee’s Obama-NRA Joke Isn’t a Crowd Pleaser Amy Chozick reports on the presidential race from Sioux Falls, S.D. Former presidential candidate Mike Huckabee drew cringes Friday when he made a joke at the National Rifle Association convention about Barack Obama getting shot at. “We believe the government should get its hands off of us as much as possible, we don’t need that much of it, we’d like less of it and we darn sure would like for it to be less expensive but the reality is and I’m worried,” Huckabee said when he was interrupted by a loud thump from backstage. The quick-witted Southerner looked behind him and said to the Louisville, Ky., crowd: “That was Barack Obama, he just tripped off a chair and someone pointed a gun at him and he dove for the floor.” The audience fell silent and the charismatic former Arkansas governor seemed to immediately realize he had made a mistake with the offensive jab at the Democratic front-runner. (Watch video of the speech on YouTube.) An apology hasn’t been released. Obama campaigned throughout South Dakota today where he talked about rural issues including gun rights. “What I believe is that there is a Second Amendment right. I think it is an individual right,” Obama said. “I do believe that there is nothing inconsistent with also saying that we can institute some common sense gun laws so that we don’t have kids being shot on the streets of cities like Chicago.”

When you are shooting make sure your aim is true my beloved, trust this, my gun will be beside yours in this movement although I prefer to cold steel of the blade to a bullet, I am a man who prefers stealth rather than broadcasting my moves to the enemy! Death is to be taken seriously, an Afrikan death is the death of a small bit of Afrika! If you are in this movement for life, than life must be promoted, Obama is Afrikan, has been and will be, I have not heard him deny his being black. We have given him over to the beast all to easily! Now I am not in agreement with his politics but If my brother is under fire I will defend him as I would you!!! If we say Afrika for the Afrikans we must mean it!!! Now clearly there will be those who will operate against us, Obama may be a damn fool for believing in Amerikkka but he is not yet proven to make moves to destroy us, Now Clarence Thomas, Condoleeza Rice supporting various legislation to disenfranchise us and disembowel us from power is enemy behavior! Will me threatening other "niggas" if you will bring about the feeding of Afrikan children? I doubt it. Will me cursing at other Afrikans and yelling bring about the respect for Afrikan women? I doubt it. Nationbuilding such that my children's children can have a place to call home is going to bring that into existence. We will need the warrior class to defend that Nation, fortunately we have you and me willing to kill the enemy in defense of Afrika!!!!

These words came to mind.....
“Many of our people's mind have been white washed. If a Negro comes up to you and you turn your back on him, he's got to run to the honky. We're going to take time and patience with our people because they're OURS!...they're OURS!” Undying love for our people, If we do not do that, we will be wiped out. We must develop and undying love for our people. Our slogan will become, "First our people, then, and only then me and you as individuals." Our people first.. Following from that came secondly the slogan, "Every Negro is a potential black man; we will not alienate them! "We will not alienate them! ...We will not alienate them!" "We must be willing to give our talents, our sweat, our blood, even our life for our people. Nothing else! Not this country, OUR people! OUR people! [applause] We must develop the concept that every Negro is a potential black man. You do not alienate your potential allies. Let's bring our people home! Let's bring our people home! We must understand the concept that for us, the question of community is not geography, it is the question of US: black people, wherever we are. So we have to consciously become a part of the 900 million black people that are separated over this world. We were separated by [tape skip][the white man?]... We are blood of the same blood and flesh of the same flesh. We do not know who is our sister, who is our brother, or where we came from. They took us from Africa and the put thousands of miles of water between us. But they forgot: blood is thicker than water. We coming together! " --Excerpts: Kwame Ture (Stokely Carmichael), 1968 at Free Huey Rally

Having been in this movement for 21 years my beloved brother soldier, I can tell you the average, Afrikan has not idea YT even takes a "Shit". They believe that even the Aryan's waste is divine, they attend churches and temples where the God his Aryan, therefore all that is Aryan in their perception is holy. The average Afrikan does not have to purposely conform they have already done so because they have the oppression normalized in their system. Many will then react when the beast does something that allows them to see him for what he is, I.e. Cincinnati riots, Sean Bell, and other issues. There are moments when the Aryan is apparent in those moments the masses can see him. Having been in the projects of Chicago, the Afrikan populated areas of Washington, DC, and other cities, I have experienced the spirit of the masses. Obama is one of them he has not made a "conscious" decision to do anything he is asleep and thus one of the masses. You however are conscious, as you are here with us, your anger is relevant and useful, your vehement hatred of the Aryan is needed. You are a warrior, in your heart pumps the blood of Afrikans, we did not build temples, and civilizations from raw rage, we built these by thought. Judging from your responses you are very capable of this. I side with you and not against you as all of us do, but please understand if you are down for the masses, we must include even those who are foolish enough to believe that this system works for us! You said maybe Obama will come home, like Simba in the Lion King someone has to go get him, and the other masses. Remember the monkey in the Lion King (that is me) he was a prophet. Then there are those who we need to protect the prophets, while they prophesy! You sound like one of those, will you protect the prophets or will you kill us too?

Now, I will say this...If we were talking about Jesse "Thank g*d for slavery" Peterson, I would say "FUCK HIM!" He is actively working against us. He is not lost, he's a coon who has verbally and outspokenly rejected and renounced his African heritage, and tries to convince others to follow suit. Barack has done nothing of the sort. I do not support his methods or his politics, but I 'm not ready to push him off the bridge yet. If you or anyone else can give me examples of how he is actively working against African people stuck here in the snakkkes, I will push back from the table and admit my mistakes. Until then, I am of the firm belief that he's another one of the lost masses.

This Should Interest You If You Didnt Already Know About It
LISTEN TO THIS BROADCAST LIVE SUNDAY ON OBAMA AND BLACK POWER, MAYBE HE CAN GIVE YOU A BETTER UNDERSTANDING THAN I...IM LOOKING FORWARD TO IT MYSELF.
Your Weekly News, Views, and Action Alerts from the Uhuru MovementMay 25 - Listen to African Liberation Day LIVE on Uhuru Radio Direct from Wash. D.C. (09:00 - 17:00 U.S. ET) “The Ballot or the Bullet Revisited: Is Barack Obama Black Power?” Tune in Sunday for the live broadcast of African Liberation Day to be held at the Thurgood Marshall Center in Washington, D.C. The recent horror of Katrina, the nooses in Jena, and the NY police killing of Sean Bell demonstrate a policy of continuing anti-black terror on the part of the government and white citizens. On May 25th, hear from some of the most dynamic and active organizations that are tackling today’s growing crises in African communities today, including poverty and malnutrition, denial of health care or quality education, police violence and unjust imprisonment. Less than half of African youth in the U.S. graduate from high school and one in nine African men of child bearing age are in prison. Today’s prison labor economy is a continuation of the post-slavery convict leasing program where special laws were created to force Africans back into coerced labor. Africans are bearing the brunt of the mortgage crisis, losing our homes, while the government bails out the banks that intentionally steered well-qualified African homebuyers into sub-prime loans, resulting in a devastating loss of wealth in African communities. A review of Obama’s backers, advisors and policies reveals an agenda that will deepen the oppression and suffering of African people on both sides of the Atlantic. According to Omali Yeshitela, leader of the Uhuru Movement, “At this time of crisis, when Africans are looking for alternatives to Americanism, Barack Obama sucks our people back into the safe embrace of the Democratic Party. In the 1960s the U.S. government assassinated our real leaders like Malcolm X, Fred Hampton and other members of the Black Panther Party, and then raised up neo-colonialists like Obama to mislead our people. It’s time to rebuild our African liberation movement, this time on a united worldwide scale.” For more information on African Liberation Day, call 301.695.2930 or visit African Liberation Day This Sunday on Uhuru Radio ...
