Blackicon Hello Wrap your spirituallity around this! part 1

Wrap your spirituallity around this! part 1

The minority are actually those few Americans who “own” there own “prison plantations” and there “own slaves”.

This is the American Dream

I am not a minority

I’m apart of the majority of Blacks who are “privileged” to have laws set up that are contributive in the material transmission of wealth of the said minority.

I am the medium, on occasion, whom, when charged with guilt, must serve a said penitence for my sin of being born black.

I am subject to qualify under certain indispensable conditions, created by such peoples, which are considered, an advantage to imprison me, and those who share my likeness, in thought, and color. Unofficially, I'm advised to participate in double jeopardy *under the black codes, crack, learned helplessness, alcoholism, grandfather clause, post traumatic decline in family rights of passage, due to genocide, joblessness, loss of respect, and identity. So that through “due process” I can become the citizen preserved in the union of the Emancipation Proclamation, if the law permits, will, and can, attain, said salvation, through slavery, until I have reached said threshold of death, through double jeopardy, or membership, through due process of slavery, indenture servitude, suicide, or starvation.

See Amendment 13

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime where of the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Double Jeopardy

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a **Grand Jury, ***except*** in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or ***public danger*** ( and blacks are public enemy #1); nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb ( unless you are black, were it is you should die 1st and if at last you just don’t get enough of living in conditions set up to destroy you, we’ll let you assimilate, as a last result) nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself (black people aren’t subjects before July 4, 1776, but, prisoner‘s of war, never offered “due process“ under the Magna Carter, but, forced into citizenship, without reparations, under Amendment 14. Africans, under European jurisdiction, were “forced” by Oath of Affirmation, to conclude there “freedoms for being born black, and should forgoe trial, on the grounds that all servants of *white Jesus, are forever truthful in there testimonies, so all blacks are sinners, thus guilty, to serve the pleasures of the earthy lords, and master, in the image of Jesus, or god)
,nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law (please apply fallacy of ambiguity) ; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Fourteenth Amendment (Amendment XIV) Us constitution

Section 4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

This works if you were a slave, are ancestors were not, hence, the claim to payment for emancipation.

Due process works for prisoner's of war, which After the Emancipation, was lost to translation, of Britain’s “newly” acquired “non unitary federated territory“, America.

*How important the question, when in fact the United States was bequeathed a "Crown colony" in the early 1500's. Operating under the "1215 Magna Carter edict". A plantatation; a colonized territory with a pre-existing legal system, under treaty and conquest, from there native law, " The Doctrine of reception".

This concept of "due process" dates all the way back to Magna Carta of A.D. 1215. In Chapter 39 of the Magna Carta, King John of England promised as follows: "No free man shall be taken or imprisoned or disseised of his Freehold, or Liberties, or free Customs, or be outlawed, or exiled, or any other wise destroyed, nor will we go upon him nor send upon him, except by the lawful judgment of his peers or by the law of the land.

 1. Who's "peers" ? and What "law of the land" ?

 2. Does the Magna Carter's "law of the land" mean, "The first Act of Supremacy" granted King Henry VIII of England, "Royal Supremacy" which is still the legal authority of the Sovereign of the United Kingdom "all honours, dignities, preeminences, jurisdictions, privileges, authorities, immunities, profits, and commodities to the said dignity" ?

 3. By "peers" do they mean the "The Peerage" system of titles of nobility in the United Kingdom, that are part of the British honours system designed, In 1322 by the authority of Parliament ?

America, seems to allow its black residents to, experience or realize through imaginative or sympathetic participation in there seemingly hopeless state of affair an experience that prides itself on anothers flamboyant use of make-believe, advancement, and oppression, gross. This is commonly known as “price-fixing”. Building the prisons before you have slaves, this is “premeditated collusion” .

Look, Lincoln, knew years before Emancipation, slavery, would be the glue to bind the unity of White people’s, thus, he passed the controversial Amendment 13, before he became the 1st martyr for the "illusion" of treason. This bill that, would later re enslave the Africans, was monumental. So great to preserve the unity of White people by “legalizing slavery” ...again (*see Magna Carter...lawful...judgement...peers, you get the picture) , that Lincoln was to “submit” to a “Higher authority” than himself, to succeed his life as a consideration, a gift, to the “Benevolence” of Kingdom of Great Britain.

For, Lincoln, his death was to sanitize the grievance of Blacks who, later would hold the “Crown” accountable for there “unarticulated” concept of "due process".

The Double Jeopardy Clause of the Fifth Amendment states: “nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb.” The principle is one of the oldest in Western civilization, having roots in ancient Greek and Roman law. Nevertheless, the clause is one of the least understood in the Bill of Rights, and the Supreme Court has done little to remove the confusion.

Peace be upon you

Icon Hugs The Law of Affirmation that illegally convicted our ancestors

The role of Affirmation during the illegal detainment and conviction of African peoples was tantamount because convicting African people's without due process for the color of there skin was in itself a solemn declaration to forgoe trial of prisoners of war who conscientiously would have objected to taking an oath.

Long before 1695 the right to give an affirmation has existed in the United Kingdom. This right has developed since the 17th Century (An Act that the Solemne Affirmation & Declaration of the People called Quakers shall be accepted instead of an Oath in the usual Forme William III, 1695-6) and is now embodied in the Oaths Act 1978, c.19

The Testimony of Integrity designed by George Fox (July 1624 – 13 January 1691) who was an English Dissenter and a founder of the Religious Society of Friends, commonly known as the Quakers began to preach publicly In 1647, The beginnings of persecution forced Fox to develop his position on oaths and violence which means refusing to place things other than God at the center of one's life - whether it be one's own self, possessions, the regard of others, belief in principles because Quakers believe in speaking the truth at all times, and so the act of only swearing to truth in court, rather than in everyday life would imply double standards. (such as rationality, progress or justice) or something else. It is the understanding that even good things are no longer good when they supplant God as one's center.

the double standard

Ephesians 6:5 .."Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ; 6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart ; 7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men: 8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of *****the Lord<<<<<<, whether he be bond or free.

9 And, ye masters, do the same things unto them , forbearing threatening : knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.

..."yeah, it means that white people's who aren't "color blind" or "peaceful" never consider "threats" as a way in imposing the similitude of a white caricuture they call "a god" on you.

What's so special about the whole' "compell or die now thing" is that the doctrine has always been "African-centered", just a overwhelming observation on behalf of Ethiopia, GOD willing. I know they must torture, and destroy, you into believing that they are Lord "a thousand times". But this is your interpretation of imagination, don't you get it?

Look, GOD willing, nothing on the white folks, and all that, but I don't believe "in" Jesus, I never met him before "in" my life. So how can Jesus, the man, empower me, without his presence, his vocal intonation, character defects, principles, his smile, his laughter, his rejoicing, his secrets, his pains, his worry's. I believe in the "message" he stood for. The brotha' worshipped "ONE" GOD like I do, so "Peace be upon him". I believe he's destined to manifest in heaven, as a believer, GOD willing.

the definition of "in" : Arranging a form to produce a shape of privilege or possession with regard to certain condition known to be understood by only a certain group of people.

The Quran

[2:285] The messenger has believed in what was sent down to him from his Lord, and so did the believers. They believe in GOD, His angels, His scripture, and His messengers: "We make no distinction among any of His messengers." They say, "We hear, and we obey. Forgive us, our Lord. To You is the ultimate destiny."

Peace be upon you

The British monarch does not have the power to deprive an individual of his or her life, liberty or property as these rights are said to derive from the Fundamental Laws of England

Does that mean the monarch does not have the power to tax without the consent of Parliament cause this would affect overseas territory in Africa which would significantly limited the power of the monarchy because Britain can't tax themselves because of Sovereign immunity that the sovereign or state cannot commit a legal wrong and is immune from civil suit or criminal prosecution; hence the saying, the king (or queen) can do no wrong. In many cases, governments have waived this immunity to allow for suits; in some cases, an individual may technically appear as defendant on the state's behalf.

Blackicon Surprised GOD willing...

"...The Magna Carter is a mirror reflection of the Amendment 13 in that "the same connotations, implications, and references" draw attention to the "uncorrupted influences" of slavery, as the bounds of savagery. A Pure lack of a simplistic understanding of contribution, to the human convention of compassion, rationallity, and freedom, GOD willing....a truly unfettered and corruptible approach at humanism."

Wrap Your Spirituality Around This

Brother Pragmatic:
You arent living up to your (user) name on this one, and I dont mean that in a disrespectful way. I think you were frustrated over the existing economic disparity and really didnt think this one through in a rational way.

First, when slavery was abolished, the system had to find a way to reinvent it. So all those ex-slaves who became share croppers ended up buying their mules, plows, seeds & other essentials on "credit with interest." When the harvest came, they were in DEBT, and could never raise their standard of living. These are the origins of the "poverty class."

Second, imprisonment was part of that reinvention. Are you cognizant of the fact that following the period of American history known as Reconstruction, that Blacks made up 57% of the federal, state & local prison populations?

Third, U.S. Justice Department statistics (for 1990-91) stated that Blacks made up 57% of the federal, state & local prison populations.

There seems to be a definate pattern of conduct in U.S. Government policy to keep half of the Black populaion incarcerated, or "controlled," and We only account for 12% of the total popuation in the U.S. Take a guess why, my Brother? So it would be against my moral conscience to buy land for the express purpose of building a "private Prison." Yeah, there's money in it, but all money aint good money. If you're going to buy land, it should be for growing your own food or something like that... to have a defendable place of refuge when the shit hits the fan.

Rethink it, my Brother.

This is a very interesting conversation as it seems to hinge upon two concepts.

1. Do we claim our sovereignty by simple declaration which may need defense of arms?

2. Do we claim our rights within this country (read:corporation) as part and parcel of a system of oppression?

The first takes into account that we are descendant of a sovereign entity and as such we are due our humanity! Now this case says that our humanity is something we must defend and intentionally offend those who offend us. This takes into account that we are a people with history, geography and ethnicity. This also accounts for the feeling of many of us to revolt and rebel against a system whose design is geared towards our destruction! I am a proponent of this concept for myself, my immediate family and those of you whom I consider family!

The second line of thinking says that we are "owed" a part of this system as we have toiled here and bled here! It says that the wrong committed against us can be corrected through love and better understanding, further even through participation in said system. This line of thinking places demands on a system and a people that are unyielding and places expectations that are impossible. Those who follow this pattern of behavior believe in angelic things of devils to do. This line has many philosophers and few revolutionaries for it is not a revolutionary act to believe that your mother's murderer and rapist is a decent human being, that can be transformed by a hug! Although I am not a proponent of this thought I do submit to the right for folks to believe this.

Perhaps Pragmatic you were suggesting moreover that we own our own systems of the Judiciary? That we create our own penal structures? If so I would ask that you peruse the work of Dr. John Henrick Clarke, in which he states that we have never created a jail system as we never needed one! Not to say we were all righteous but the village can judge those among us. The problem is not the system but our lacking, pardon the Obama reference...Audacity of Revolution!

Brother Majadi is to be Highly Respected. This is a Veteran of Revolution. This is a man who has been in the trenches and looked his enemy in the eye. This is a man of considerable experience, who must be listened to by anyone who calls themself a Revolutionary. But I would like to eloborate on my position. I WILL NOT REST UNTIL I SEE THE FLAG OF THE LOST-FOUND NATION OF ISLAM FLYING OVER THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. That is the only acceptable change I can live with.

African Customary Law vs. Interpretation of the Imagination of the European customary laws under Papal rule and The Doctrine of Reception

Question: The Law of Affirmation that illegally convicted our ancestors

 1. Is there a history of Africans practicing "race slavery" as a principle of "custumary law" in any Dynasty, medieval, classical era?
 2. Are Europeans conceiving to find a foudation of "racial slavery" based in African Custumary Law?
 1. Is *racism a social-political concept used by Europeans?
If the "Roman population" under Germanic rule (*Salic slave laws)
continued to live under Roman law, for law was regarded as "personal, not territorial". And the Franks under "capitularies": decrees and written commands of the Carolingian kings of the Franks for there subjects.

4. Why Isn't there any record of Europeans following the "laws" and customs of there African "subjects"?

5. What are the "laws" that Africans provided for there personal relationships that governed public law, during captivity of "African Prisoner's of war in African Customary Law? "European" colony's?

6. How come they were not "adhered" to?

An archetype (pronounced: /ˈɑːkɪtaɪp/ (Brit.) or /ˈɑɹkɪtaɪp/ (Amer.)) is an original model of a person, ideal example, or a prototype after which others are copied, patterned, or emulated; a symbol universally recognized by all. In psychology, an archetype is a model of a person, personality, or behavior. This article is about personality as described in literature analysis and the study of the psyche.

In the analysis of personality, the term archetype is often broadly used to refer to
 1. a stereotype—personality type observed multiple times, especially an oversimplification of such a type; or
 2. an epitome—personality type exemplified, especially the "greatest" such example.
 3. a literary term to express details.
Archetype refers to a generic version of a personality. In this sense "mother figure" may be considered an archetype and may be identified in various characters with otherwise distinct (non-generic) personalities.

Question: Is the war about oil or about converting "European deity's" unto foreign money so the Federal Reserve will control elastic currency internationally as well as? The Federal Reserve System (also the Federal Reserve; informally The Fed) is the central banking system of the United States. Created in 1913 by the enactment of the Federal Reserve Act.

Elastic currency

One way to prevent bank runs is to have a money supply that can expand when money is needed. The term "elastic currency" in the Federal Reserve Act doesn't just mean the ability to expand the money supply, but also to contract it. Some economic theories have been developed that support the idea of expanding or shrinking a money supply as economic conditions warrant. Elastic currency is defined by the Federal Reserve as:[12]
Currency that can, by the actions of the central monetary authority, expand or contract in amount warranted by economic conditions.

Would this also imply controlling taxes in the International community abroad? A tax is a financial charge or other levy imposed on an individual or a legal entity by a state or a functional equivalent of a state (for example, secessionist movements or revolutionary movements). Banks are the main facilitators of funding through the provision of credit, although private equity, mutual funds, hedge funds, and other organizations have become important. Financial assets, known as investments, are financially managed with careful attention to financial risk management to control financial risk. Financial instruments allow many forms of securitized assets to be traded on securities exchanges such as stock exchanges, including debt such as bonds as well as equity in publicly-traded corporations.
In economics, the inflation rate is a measure of inflation, the rate of increase of a price index (for example, a consumer price index). The rate of decrease in the purchasing power of money is approximately equal.

It's used to calculate the real interest rate, as well as real increases in wages, and official measurements of this rate act as input variables to COLA adjustments and Inflation derivatives prices.

Who is Juris Prudence ?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6Rm4...eature=related

Prudence is the exercise of sound judgment in practical affairs. It is classically considered to be a virtue, and in particular one of the four Cardinal virtues (which are with the three theological virtues part of the seven virtues).

The word comes from Old French prudence (13th century), from Latin prudentia (foresight, sagacity), a contraction of providentia, foresight. It is often associated with wisdom, insight, and knowledge.

Providentia in numismatics
In Roman mythology, Providentia was the goddess of forethought.[

Qoute from History of Numismatics

"..Numismatic studies permit us to document and understand human history even in the absence of written texts, through the effigies, images, brief inscriptions and symbols printed on coins, which both characterize human evolution and serve as the foundation of our modern civilization.

.."Today’s decimalized and rationalized national monetary systems along with the globalization of a number of large world markets (such as in Western Europe) and the introduction of the Euro denote a further expansion of economies linked no longer with individual nations, but with an economic-financial superstructure in which the epicenter is no longer political or juridical in nature, but economic and financial".

Qoute from Numastic archetype: The psychology of Black money

.."Numastic archetype is ..."the emotional bridging of integrally connected symbols and images to items of extensive value.

Raw materials, land, labour, money, and the production of other goods are manufactured with the hierarchical arrangement of social classes, castes and strata within a society to create a perception of Social mobility".

Peace be upon you

I've stated a number of possible actions to be taken in several threads. The problem the Nation has is that We have been in a situation of non-governance for centuries now. To separate and become part of an Afrikan nation does not give the so-called negro here in the wilderness of North America his COMPLETE SOVEREIGNTY as he would be trading one political master for another, even if the new master is Black. Moreover, the "son" of Islam is to rise in the West, and I know that the fall of America means the rise of The Nation. The real question is: "How do we bring that fall about?" Take a look at the "Liberation Strategy thread: How Do We Become Sovereign." And then take a look at the "Guerrilla Warfare Tactics thread: What Would It Take To Overthrow This Country." I get frustrated sometimes with talk because it is time to act, but Our National Unity, or lack of it, is preventing Us from moving forward and We need to have a collective effort.

And when I say you are to be Highly Respected, I mean that. I recognize a real soldier when I see one. I've got nothing but Love for you, Brother.

Why is the Shock and Awe War in Iraq more about converting Iraq currency historically *known as Mesopotamia into European Currency than about oil?

Money, or cash on hand, is the most liquid asset

And It's about Estate planning, Wealth Management, and handling Municipal law which is the national, domestic, or internal law of a sovereignstate.

The key objectives are to provide high net worth individuals and families with tailored retail banking services, estate planning, legal resources, taxation advice and investment management, with the goal of sustaining and growing long-term wealth.

Estate planning is the process of accumulating and disposing of an estate to maximize the goals of the estate owner. The various goals of estate planning include making sure the greatest amount of the estate passes to the estate owner's intended beneficiaries, often including paying the least amount of taxes and avoiding or minimizing probate court involvement. Additional goals typically include providing for and designating guardians for minor children and planning for incapacity.

How will Iraq be dealt with as Legal subject(s)

It will be placed under the United Nations Trust Territories under the Hague Convention on the Law Applicable to Trusts and on their Recognition

All legal systems deal with similar issues and behaviors, but each country categorises and identifies its legal standards and principals in different ways.

A common distinction is that between "public law" (a term related closely to the state, and including constitutional, administrative and criminal law), and "private law" (which covers contract(s), tort and property).

In civil law systems, contract and tort fall under a general law of obligations, while trusts law is dealt with under statutory regimes orinternational conventions.

Who are the New Statuory regimes or*Legislative branch of government in Iraq? The International Court of Justice who handles developing countries

Who is the International Convention?
 • United Nations
 • International Court of Justice
 • United Nations Security Council
1) Does the governing power have sufficient strength (police, etc.) to compel its subjects to obey it? (If so, a type of de facto sovereignty called coercive sovereignty exists.)
2) Are the subjects of the governing power in the habit of obeying it?

Sovereignty comes into being through a process of recognition by the international community in which a de facto state is formally accepted as a de jure state and so becomes the legitimate government with territorial control over a defined area of land and all the people who reside within its borders. One of the most important sovereign powers of any government is to enact laws and to define the extent of their application.

When the parties and the causes of action are local, the court will apply the lex fori, the prevailing municipal law. If there are "foreign" elements to the case, the forum court should under the conflict of laws consider whether it should apply one or more foreign laws

Some laws will apply to all the land and its peoples. Others will be of more limited application.

These laws will be applied through different bodies and institutions. Some will be formally constituted as courts.

Other bodies will exercise specific functions within quasi-judicial, administrative, religious or other frameworks

The Law of Obligations is one of the component private law elements of the civil law system of law. The Law of Obligations finds its origins in Roman law which is defined as a “legal tie” or “legal bond” in the Institutes of Justinian. It concerned with situations where a person has incurred a personal liability for which he is answerable at law.

The Salic Law codified inheritance, crime, and murder. In a kingdom with many ethnic groups, each expected to be governed under its own law. Judicial interpretation was by a jury of peers.

The Law of Obligations seeks to organize and regulate the voluntary and semi-voluntary legal relations available between moral and natural persons under as:
 1. obligations under contracts, both innominate and nominate (for example: sales, gift, lease, carriage, mandate, association, deposit, loan, employment, insurance, gaming and arbitration)
 2. in unjust enrichment
 3. management of the property of another (or "negotiorum gestio", the name taken from Roman Law)
 4. the reception of the thing not due
 5. the various forms of extra-contractual responsibility between persons known as delicts and quasi-delicts, which are similar to tort and negligence, respectively, at common law. Despite the relatively distinct nature of these various sources of obligations, they are considered together under a law of obligations on the basis that all are instances where a debtor has a duty to execute a certain performance towards a creditor

"Jurisprudence" or The law of money *see Prudence "... the exercise of sound judgment in practical affairs. It is classically considered to be a virtue *virtue meaning color/whiteness, and in particular one of the four Cardinal virtues (which are with the three theological virtues part of the seven virtues).

Global Economics

The situation Pragmatic brings to light concerning Iraq is of interest, primarily because the U.S. economy is in trouble. Three things come to mind:

1. After 1945, the U.S. became a super power and its currency became the reserve currency of the 29 Central Banks in the world. In 2004, those banks began buying half Euros & half U.S. dollars as their reserve currency. This has contributed to the economic problems America now faces. If those banks buy all Euros, then the U.S. will suffer a complete economic meltdown and effectively become a Second World nation. (The British pound was the international reserve currency until 1945, when it was replaced by the U.S. dollar. Great Britain lost it's status of Empire.)

2. The People's Republic of China holds about 1-trillion in U.S. bonds alone, which is why there is such a high deficit. Whenever a foreign nation buys the bonds of another, there ia a 5-year period in which to pay the debt off with interest. If the debt is not paid within that time frame, then the debt is rescheduled at a higher rate of interest. This also places a burden on the national economy & the tax payer.

3. Both The U.S. & the PRC sit on the U.N. Security Council.

By linking Iraq to Europe & the U.N., it's petroleum production could possibly be exploited for the purpose of strengthening the U.S. economy, strengthening the U.S. international reserve currency, and paying off the U.S. foreign debt through an infusion of petro-dollars. Halliburton still controls the oil industry in Iraq. It is conceivable that some joint venture similar to the oil company Saudi-Aramco could be established with the cooperation of the Iraqi government.

Chinese Government is Top Foreign Holder of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac Bonds
$376 billion in Chinese agency bond holdings subject to taxpayer bailout proposals.

Email: abrandon@freedomworks.org

Washington, D.C. - As politicians call for taxpayer bailouts and a government takeover of troubled mortgage lenders Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, FreedomWorks would like to point out that a bailout is a transfer of possibly hundreds of billions of U.S. tax dollars to sophisticated investors and governments overseas.

The top five foreign holders of Freddie and Fannie long-term debt are China, Japan, the Cayman Islands, Luxembourg, and Belgium. In total foreign investors hold over $1.3 trillion in these agency bonds, according to the U.S. Treasury's most recent "Report on Foreign Portfolio Holdings of U.S. Securities."

FreedomWorks President Matt Kibbe commented, "The prospectus for every GSE bond clearly states that it is not backed by the United States government. That's why investors holding agency bonds already receive a significant risk premium over Treasuries."

"A bailout at this stage would be the worst possible outcome for American taxpayers and mortgage holders, who have been paying a risk premium to these foreign investors. It would change the rules of the game retroactively and would directly subsidize the risks taken by sophisticated foreign investors."

"A bailout of GSE bondholders would be perhaps the greatest taxpayer rip-off in American history. It is bad economics and you can be sure it is terrible politics."

..."When it was announced in May 2006 that Paulson would take over as Treasury Secretary, I speculated that he did so because he thought he would have a bigger challenge than Robert Rubin -- anotherGoldman Sachs Group (NYSE: GS) alum -- in cleaning up the coming financial catastrophe created by our dependence on foreign ownership of U.S. debt. And I thought Paulson would try to make his name in the history books by dealing with that cleanup.

It remains to be seen how history will judge him -- but since China owns $340 billion of Fannie and Freddie mortgage-backed securities -- it looks like my guess about the first part was partially right" Peter Cohan

Government to wipe out Fannie/Freddie shareholders by Sunday - BloggingStocks

"...In one such conversation, at the end of August, the Treasury sought to reassure the Bank of Mexico, according to a person familiar with the matter, of the soundness of agency securities held by the bank. Treasury officials have also had similar conversations with Japanese investors who are buyers and holders of agency debt......Bonddad" Stewart

..."The takeover sent markets from Taipei to Tokyo jumping on Monday and calmed what had been growing concerns of investor flight in South Korea. The key stock index in Tokyo jumped 3.4 percent on Monday. Hong Kong’s jumped 4.3 percent, Seoul’s 5.2 percent, and Taiwan’s 5.6 percent.

In the last few months, governments and central bank chiefs in all three countries had held talks with the U.S. Government expressing their concern at the deep losses Fannie Mae’s and Freddie Mac had declared. The Asian governments also offered advice on ways to bail out the American real estate market.

Asian banks, particularly in China, had begun curbing new purchases of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac holdings and divesting themselves of those they already had. Investors generally had been insisting on higher interest rates — driving up the companies’ operating costs and pushing mortgage rates higher. U.S. officials hope the takeover plan will reverse that trend". 2point6billion.com Blog

You are 100% right and exact. The national or truly Pan-Afrikan governmental structure needs to be all-inclusive however. We need a unified front, in order to do that all Afrikans must have a voice, we must have a military (both seen and guerrilla), we need investigative units (i.e, FBI, CIA). We need infrastructual development. Nation-Building is an intense process. When I was a member of Silis Muhammad's Lost-Found Nation of Islam, I wrote a column called the, The Probability of Government. Often times this sort of article fell on deaf ears for the believers. Our people do not believe they are worthy of self-control and self-governance. I discuss self-governance quite often to which I get the blank, expressionless stares! We can do it however we have the capability, the intellect and the resources! We however lack the belief in our natural ability to gather power as a collective! The Provisional Government of New Afrika and the Nation of Islam as well as the old Garvey movements provide excellent examples of how to do this. We need to read this information and apply it, I have been ready and I grow weary of spitting into a damned hurricane!

Truth be told we have enough folks here to be a baby goverment ourselves,

I'm still with Mr.Muhammad. When I was in Atlanta I went through the same thing that you did, Brother. The people who run the government in The Nation under Mr. Muhammad dont really know what they are doing, or why. I got tired of spitting in the same hurricane. I tried to submit a reorganization of the intelligence department & was rejected in spite of the fact that my submission gave structure to an amorphous entity.

We have the frame work for intelligence & security, as well as having a frame work for national defence. It is a government, but it is currently in the hands of incompetent leadership.

Nation building is a difficult task at best. Going back to the United Front you spoke of, The Provisional Government of New Afrika is isolationist. I say that because they want you to join them without providing any information as to who they are and what they are about. Beyond that, they are not willing to sit at the table with anyone to discuss the future of Black People... at least they werent at one time. I dont know if they are still like that. But everyone needs to come together at a Conference in order to agree or disagree in principle as to a national course of action. And if they decide to form a National Assembly, or law-making body of The Lost-Found Nation of Islam, then We can make laws agreeable to "The People" as to how We are going to govern Ourselves overall. You know, provide for the common defence... that kind of thing.

Things may begin to change more sooner than later. But right now, I know what you mean about The Nation under Mr Muhammad. Some time ago I worked in the intelligence department, and there were serious problems that arent going to go away until some changes are made from within. If it makes you feel any better, everything I offered fell on deaf ears, too. This bothered me because in a 1984 issue of Muhammad Speaks newspaper, Mr Muhammad promised a federal government. Now just isnt the time, but soon...

Hope you will come back when the time is right which should, insha-illah, be sometime near years end.
