Subject: Detroit's All Men Call to Action Walk - Nov. 9, 2007

Dear Brothers/Sisters,

Peace be upon you all. May this note find you in the best of health and spirit. Our October 5th All-Men Call to Action dinner/march was a complete success! We marched nearly 200 blackmen down Woodward Avenue as a show of solidarity and presence in our community. The Detroit Police Department controlled the traffic as many people gawked in awe. A profound impact was made on the citizens of Detroit
riding/walking by. Many young brothers on their bikes followed us as others walking joined our ranks.

Many were called but few are chosen. Some brothers phoned and indicated their schedules conflicted with the meeting but wished us well anyway. Then there were many brothers that talk the talk but did not have the testicular fortitude to soldier through the worst crime-ridden area in the City. Well, I learned a long time ago that a coward will always be a coward. (I wonder what woman in her right mind is comfortable with such a man. I wonder do these men ever
consider what their children will think of them when they come of age.)

Then there are some brothers that aren't scared. Those that see the deplorable and death-like condition of Our People as a catalyst to Our utter demise. They vow, through spirituality, principles, fearlessness, strategic planning and action to fight this cancer (or die trying).

The purpose of this email is to assemble the above type of men together for the next November 9, 2007 Call to Action March/Dinner. We will convene at Goodwill Industries for dinner @ 6pm sharp! There are no leaders in this movement. No name. No big I's and little U's. No egos, no self-promotion, organization promotion, no jealousy, no hating, no under-hand schemes of any kind. We don't need that. We
need strong black men that are not punks! That are willing to stand up and be PEACEMAKERS for real and stop playing games with the people of Detroit.

If you know any men that fit this criteria, please forward this email to them. We would like for them to send us their names, organization and logos to be included on the next flyer/literature which will go to press Friday, October 12th.
