ALSO, TAKE NOTE THAT IN ALL LIKELYHOOD, FLORIDA WILL BE UTILIZED AS A "BASE OF OPERATIONS" FOR ANY "ANTI-ASSATA" ACTIVITIES AS IT IS CLOSEST IN PROXIMITY TO CUBA. IN OTHERWORDS...BOUNTY HUNTERS MAY BE ORGANIZING THEIR ACTIVITIES AND MOBILIZING THEIR EFFORTS FROM THE STATE OF FLORIDA. IF CAPTURED...THEY WOULD IN ALL LIKELYHOOD "ATTEMPT" TO BRING HER TO FLORIDA AS A STOP-OVER POINT BEFORE "ATTEMPTING" TO TAKE HER TO NEW JERSEY. ORGANIZATION, AGITATION, ETC. SHOULD ESPECIALLY BE CENTERED AROUND CREATING AN ENVIRONMENT THAT IS NOT CONDUSIVE FOR THESE "DISEASED" IDEAS AND ACTIVITIES TO SURVIVE OR SPREAD IN ANY KIND OF WAY.
