Let me ask yall a question

Back in 1998, I had just gotten a new car right. I had on my wrap around my head, had a red jacket on, nothing threatening (not that it matters to cops) was sitting at a light and I noticed there were police officers scoping traffic. One officer kept looking at me funny, but I didn't pay it any mind. The light changed so I proceeded my normal pace because after all the light was green. Well two seconds later a cop rolled up behind me, I pulled over and he came up to the car and said in a mean voice "mam do you know how fast you were going?!!!!!!!!" Now me being confused because I had just pulled off from the light and last time I checked a dodge Neon doesn't have the power of a 8 cylinder vehicle, I answered the question No. He then said "well it concerns me mam that you are not aware of your aggressive driving". So again I sat there with this look on my face of confusion. He then asked for my license and registeration then went back to his car. He was in his car for like the longest time, then came back, looking even more pist and gave me a $130 ticket, saying I was doing 20 miles over the speed limit and aggressive driving. I'm assuming he was pissed because he couldn't find anything on me. I had a clean driving record and no priors of any crimes, so im sure his cracker behind was ticked so he had to find an excuse to piss me off.

To me, either way I answered his question I would have been screwed.

Please tell me what you do in situations like that? When its a double edge sword question?

The points I got for that incident are now gone, and my record is back to clean, but I am still bitter about that.

When your driving dont make eye contact with KKKops if you dont want KKKops to harass you. They will claim anything as propable cause like suspicious behavior or they can say something was wrong with your license plate like the light being out or the plate being loose.

Okay, I totally needed to read this...I have had my car for over a year, and have not had an incident with the kkkops...

I am so going to pass this on to my family. I am hoping my cousin will post these on the family website or something so the brothers in my family are informed. My mother (single parent) even said that the older my little brother (he is 5) gets, she doesn't know what to tell him about the po-po's. In school, he is learning that "The kkkops are your friends!" But she knows that's gonna change once he hits the double-digits...she even sees it now, how folks respond to a 5 y/o little Afrikan boy. Like they automatically see him as trouble...a renegade...a threat.

Anyone that doesn't reflect the power base is a perceive threat. We are targeted to ensure fear and orderliness. It makes me laugh when this country speaks ill of terrorist but are the biggest terrorist of them all. My advice is always be prepared, know the your so called "legal" rights, and always drive clean.

living in cali, have medical recommendation under prop 215...so i wondered down to the local dispensary to get mi medicine...noticed on the board that goodies weren't limited to cannabis, so i bought myself some other goodies...while i was waiting to pay for goods, it was brought under my attention that possession of hashish is felony in ca....better words used are to call it concentrated kief.....it's so important to watch how you refer to events, so as that your words cannot be manipulated to throw you away..the less said the better...and if you are in custody and being interoggated, maintain your rights to remain silent...but what happens if ya have to go to the bathroom? do you give up your rights to silence to ask for a bathroom pass....you bet you do...so if you need to speak; revoke rights to silence but when you return to questioning room; invoke them, so as to protect yourself...
