Firearms and diarriah of the mouth

I have read some rather disturbing things in this post which I would like to address. I address these issues from the viewpoint of being a State liscensed firearms instructor, a former Federal firearms Liscense holder, and currently Chief Firearms Instructor of a Security Guard Training program.

Illegal activities should not be discussed on this site or any other site on the internet. While I know white folks ain't god or even god jr., I do believe they have the technological capicity to trace a post back to its original sender. Even if I am wrong and they can't do a trace like, that I don't think we want this site or our conversations under any more scrutiny than already exists. It is for these reasons that some of us should be more careful about what we say. If you don't have a special stamp from the Bureau of Alchol Tobacco and Fireams (BATF) to own a fully automatic weapon or a scilencer then you are in illegal posession of them and therefore should not mention them on the net in general, and this site in particular. The same is true for explosives, grenades, rocket launchers etc. The same is also true for illegal conversions from semi to full auto. I'm not saying don't do what you feel you need to do, I'm saying don't talk about it.

Another area to be avoided is talking shit about things that you don't know about. There are some people who may believe your erronious comments and actually try to do what you suggest. For example There is a comment on the "what kind of gat you got" post where an individual says something to the effect of " use a 12 ga. shotgun with a pistol grip and no stock because it is more controlable. Anyone who has ever shot a shotgun in that configuration would know that that is absolute bullshit. Your hand will absorb all of the very brutal recoil and after a couple of shots you will want to trade your hand in for a new one. This same individual also stated that the m-16 and ak-47 use the same kind of ammo. Again, absolute bull. The M-16/AR-15 uses .223/5.56x45 the AK-47 uses 7.62x39, the AK-74 uses 5.45x39. Imagine if some one took this bad advice. They could easily kill or severly injure themselves or anyone else standing close by.

I am old enough to remember the many mistakes the original Black Panther Party made. One of their many mistakes was talking s__T that they couldn't back up. Another was pretending to know things they really didn't know, or that they could do things that they really could'nt do. One of my friends "firearms trainig" from the Panthers consisted of firing 5 shots into the air off the roof of a building. The liberation of Afrikan people is much too serious for people to be engaged in lip masturbation, especially when it could cause the loss of life, health and/or freedom (I know we ain't really free, but would you rather be at home or in prison). The bottom line is think before you speak.

Number one...I said I BELIEVE that AK 47 and M-16 use the same kind of ammo...and I made sure to put it in quotes to indicate I wasn't sure.

Number two...I never said that a pistol grip pump with NO STOCK was more controllable. I agree that the stock makes it more controllable.

Number three...Although I am not old enough to remember the Black Panthers, I have had firearms training with Black Panthers and Vietnam War vets. I've trained with the Russian SKS, Shot guns, .45's and the .38 special. Thats the extent of my training. If you have more training in weapons, then more power to you. I don't mind being corrected, but I do mind being disrespected. I speak from what I know and when I don't know, I tell you I don't know...and if I don't, then I am in error. I'm not above mistakes.

Number four...nobody advocated for anybody to engage in any illegal activities. In fact, the "gat" thread was "supposed" to be located in a "secured" area within the website. Even still...if I say something to get myself in trouble, I would take full responsibility and accountability for my actions.

I get what you are trying to say though. Diarriah of the mouth. I just wish you could have gone about it a different way without shitting on me.

RebelAfrika...I appologize for the way I came off. I have seen people both get hurt and get in legal trouble based of following well intentioned, but bad advice and I over reacted. Your statement regarding the shotgun sent me off on the deep end, but I should have been more diplomatic. Also, even though it was not in its original configuration, in fact there is a .223 version of the AK-47, so you were right on that point. I didn't mean to come off like a know-it-all, I just don't want to see a repetition of mistakes I have seen in the past. Lastly, the comments regarding illegal activities were not directed at anything that you said, but someone else.
