i definitely need to invest in a shotty...never shot one tho (fortunately/unfortunately i grew up vegetarian and didn't have much use for hunting)...just handguns...

mac-11 is another "break down in social order" piece...

smart on the revolver...pluses and minuses both ways...and depending on what yr using it for...

glock 27 (.40 caliber) is an alternative on the .380...i wouldn't be willing to risk the jams...it's usually carried as the small concealment-friendly piece by off-duty pigs...a couple of yrs ago a thing came up about rails breaking on the glocks tho...i don't know if the 27 was involved in the recall...guess u take yr chances going either way...thanks for the input and stay Black 2 da Nif!!!

Whether it is the Chinese model or Soviet model makes little difference except that the Chinese model is cheaper in price. I used to own one of these and my brother, who is a cop, told me that weapons like that are not good for "home defence," but good for "if the government goes into anarchy." I knew from that point on that I loved the SKS. Again, this rifle is good for a guerilla to take his enemies head off from a far distance and then disappear in the night.



Shotguns: VERY easy to use. Also police usually have them and the ammo is very easy to find. God forbid you come across a dead cop. You'd probably find some of this ammo on his person. MOST IMPORTANTLY though...buckshot "sprays." The pistol grip pump just makes it easier to control.



Mac 11: Another weapon that sprays. It uses small bullets though. But the fact that it "sprays" though may be an INVALUABLE factor at a time when you can't really concentrate on aim. Also it is smaller than an UZI.



.45 Revolver: If you are SO CLOSE to your enemy that you HAVE to use a handgun, then this would be my gun of choice (not necessarily a "Colt" .45 revolver...but a .45 revolver). .45 slugs are HUGE. I want to make sure my enemy goes down if I have to use a hand gun and a .45 (and good aim) damn near gaurentees it. Also, I prefer a revolver because I would rather have six shots and the ability to keep my shells with me (to dispose of later) then to have 16 shots and have my shells spitting all over the place. When I want the police to have my fingerprints (ESPECIALLY off of some discharged rounds), I will walk up and give them to them. I ain't tryin' to have them "FIND" my fingerprints off of some shells that "MY" .45 spit out. As one of my lawyer friends points out, what they find on the shells is sometimes the difference between hearing "guilty" or "not guilty."



.380: If you get yourself into a stupid situation, then unfortunately you may have to rely on a stupid gun. Thus the .380. The only value in a .380 is that it is HELLA concealable and it is bigger than a .22. These guns are notorious for jamming though (at least amoungst the killas I know )

If you have guns and really do not know how to properly use/care for them, pretty please learn to do so. And remember you're never too good to practice, so no matter how good you are, please practice, practice, practice.... We don't want to lose any of you of course, but especially to guns of your own.

On another note, how many of you have taught/are teaching a sister to shoot? We sistaz need to know these things too, you know. Yes, it is true that you brothaz are more apt to have a discussion about the particular TYPES of guns (and of course we cannot neglect to mention your affinity for them. lol), but we still need to have conversations on handlng/technique and we need for y'all to help us protect ourSELVES, our families and even YOU (cuz it really is not guaranteed that you are always going to be right there, and even if you are, it is still possible for you not to be in the position to do so). We love y'all. Now help us to help us...

I know you was kidding with us when you said this (and for many of us it MAY be true) but for me...I HATE guns. I HATE HATE HATE guns. In the event that you do not get training on firearms, release the safety, if possible kneel in a track runners stance behind a sturdy object if possible....The easiest target on the human body is the Mid-Section Aim At That! Chances of you hitting something increases by 40% which is better than nothing! And don't sweat the movie techniques, keep both eyes open, head straight...tuck that chin! When the Loud Pop pops off...what ever you do don't drop ya' heater, no leaning the gun to the side...you ain't O-Dog and you may end up getting a hot shell refraction in ya' eye if you don't know what ya' doin'....steady the trigger hand with the other the moment that hammer hits the shell your hand will fly in another direction if you think you're on some fly "Matrix" stuff...Turn ya' body to the side so there's less of you to aim at!...One.

rebelafrika, nah, I know not all brothers love guntalk, but I know that you all are (geneally speaking) much more apt to love it or have than are we. And to be honest, it GLADDENS to me know that brothers are sharing info/knowledge/wisdom on this subject. I do not personally feel too comfortable around guns EITHER(and yes, I HAVE my reasons, starting with my foot getting touched by a little PELLET [result of backfire] when I was little) , but I know very well that in this society, where almost everybody has 'em and ain't afraid to use 'em, that I MIGHT be much MORE uncomfortable (not having one or at the very least) not knowing how to use one.

It's really pathetic how these punks HAVE to have guns and other machines to kill us because they lack the strength and wits to do it themselves, but by the same token, there is a proverb which suggests "When the music changes, so must the dance steps." We simply are not living in times where people fight fair and of course, the fight for our freedom has "never" been fair. These demons could care less about ethics and what is fair. But when THEY technologically step their game up to oppress/slaughter us, we must step our game up as well.
