I had a sinle barrel pump shotty that my uncle gave me but I got rid of it once he told me that he stole it from a cop car. I want a hand gun next.

 For anyone with a large palm, I reccomend this and any other Springfield Arms handgun. I prefer the XD series, but the 1911M1A is also very comfortable. These, in my opinion, are far more reliable than Glock, and extremely well made. The XD has 3 inch and 5 inch barrel models in 9mm, .40 cal, and .45 cal. The only reason I like the XD series over the 1911 are the rails on the front for mounting flashlights and lasers. But, Springfield Armory makes the best handguns in my opinion. No more Glocks for me!

It depends If you accuracy, I would choose any revolver, because they do not jam.But if your side by side in war or on the battle feild, i would choose semi automatic. Peace ....
