| Passionflower tea used to treat insomnia.
In the book Guide to Wild Foods and Useful Herbs by Christopher Nyerges, the author states that a tea made from the leaves of the passionflower plant. This plant, which also produces an edible fruit, is also used to treat nervous headaches, nervousness, nervous headaches, and other ailments. The plant prickly lettuce, also known as wild lettuce, is also used to treat insomnia. It is also used to treat coughing and diarrhea.
