| New Orleans - rebuilding and resource festival
SAVE THE DATE You are invited to attend “Making it Happen: A New Orleans Rebuilding and Resource Festival” on January 20-22, 2006 at the Ashe Cultural Arts Center and other venues along Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard In New Orleans (click here). The event will host exemplary local and national programs in the fields of education, housing, community health and economic development through a hybrid of resource networking in a New Orleans cultural festival environment. Included will be informal access to inspirational leaders, insights, consultation, cultural sharing, gifts and drawings. Together with local social entrepreneurs and the community-at-large the festival will demonstrate examples of what can happen in New Orleans as the recovery process evolves towards rebuilding.
