| How to Exercise to live and Walk-a-Thon ![]() ![]() Its Okay to Cry 3k 5k Walk-A-Thon 2007 Saturday, April 28, 2007 McGregor Park 8:00am 12 noon We are excited about our Walk-A-Thon 2007 and with great anticipation we welcome you to our event. Your support will enable us to continue grief support programs and services for kids, as well as walking in memory of a loved one as a process for healing. Thank you for soliciting support from your family, friends, and colleagues. Pledge donations can be made via e-mail info@itsokakytocry.org Minimum pledge donation $30 Walkers will receive T-shirt, water bottle and certificate. Minimum age is seven (7) with an adult walker. No walk day registration or packet pick up. Registration/pledge forms will not be mailed. It is not to late to register your walking team for our 3k, 5k,Walk for A Reason, Saturday, April 28th, 8:00am McGregor Park, Houston. Walking is a wonderful exercise for PHYSICAL AND MENTAL/EMOTIONAL WELLNESS, while supporting the children, adolescent, and young adult grief support program and services of It's Okay to Cry.
