"Dr. Worrill NBUF National Chairman Speaks In :Houston About Resurrecting The Black Family"


On Thursday, July 12, 2007 at 3:30pm Dr. Conrad Worrill (Chicago, Illinois) the National Chairman of the National Black United Front (NBUF) will speak at NBUF-Houston Chapter Headquarters at 2428 Southmore, Houston, Texas. Dr. Worrill, Kofi Taharka (NBUF-Houston Chairman) and other community representatives will be addressing the plight and solutions for issues confronting the Black Family.



Dr. Worrill will be providing an international perspective on issues, challenges and opportunities confronting the Black Family before the National Black United Front's 28th Annual National Convention to be held in Houston Thursday July, 12 - Sunday July 15, 2007. The main convention site will be at the historic and newly remodeled S.H.A.P.E. Community Center at 3903 Almeda, Houston, Texas. The theme of this year's convention will be RESURRECTING THE BLACK FAMILY; Revolutionary Tools To Build The African Family, Community and Nation.


Representatives from across the country will be attending the NBUF gathering in Houston presenting grassroots analysis and solutions for the global African (Black) family and community.
