Next Tuesday, February 19, is the birthday of political prisoner Albert Woodfox, one of the Angola Three. There will be a special meeting at SHAPE Center featuring Herbert Parnell, a former Panther from New Orleans who will share information about the Angola Three.

This is Black History Month and the Angola Three, like Mumia Abu-Jamal, Leonard Peltier, and Howard Guidry are political prisoners in the United States that are victims of the shameful and criminal incarceration of political activists; who dare challenge the status quo. We must know our history!

Don't miss this moving presentation by a personal friend and comrade of Albert Woodfox! We will also see part of a video about the Angola Three and sign a birthday card for Woodfox.
