I'm a 25 year-old first generation Eritrean American male. I'm looking for justice for all struggling people around the world. I want to identify and remove all the road blocks to equality. But first comes education. So lets talk it up and educate one another. I'm sure there's a lot to learn on these forums.... By the way, if you got questions about Eritrea and/or the burning Horn of Africa sub-region in general, lets talk. My views tend to surprise some peeps....  |

although eritrea has suspended its membership to the defunct AU, pan-african sentiment is strong in the country. eritreans believe in being the masters of their own destiny. it's one of very few nations in africa actually taking a real stance against imperialism. we're currently helping liberate our brother in somalia, sudan, and ethiopia. i think djibouti is also in the works (with this new so-called "border issue"). the west loves to talk about eritrea not having elections and this-and-that, but the reality is that there is so much stuff behind the scenes that people don't know about.... anyways, you'll be hearing good things about eritrea in the near future--if the US or its proxies don't find a way to bomb our people into submission like they do all self-reliant, self-determining peoples. so yup, lets talk.... |
