Tough Times

We are living in tough times. Times are tough economically and there
appears to be no end is sight despite the recent handover of seven
hundred billion dollars to the very people who engineered the problem in
the first place to supposedly solve the problem. Yeah, right!. That in
itself is a tough pill to swallow, especially if you're facing
difficulty financially. Times are tough psychologically as we are
bombarded with negativity by the corporatist media during the current
political season, much of it racist in tone and tenor. It is tough
trying to make sense out of a situation that everyone knows that if
Barack Obama was a white boy, he would be so far ahead in the polls it
would be scary. If Obama were white, McCain would be facing a Goldwater
or Mondale type landslide in November. But this is nothing new for black
people. We have to be at least twice as good just to stay even in the
race. We deal with this every day.
As tough as times are across the board, it must be really tough being
an Euro-AmeriKKKan male these days; watching your 401K shrivel, your
jobs blatantly pulled out from under you and sent overseas, your money
devalued daily before your eyes. It has to be tough feeling good about
yourself these days if you are a white dude, your standard of living is
ebbing steadily and you are sinking deeper and deeper into debt peonage
and wage serfdom. I sort of feel sorry for white guys. It must be
painful for them having to watch a clueless moron like John McCain put
to rest before the whole world the lie of white male intellectual
superiority and white skin privilege. That must be really traumatic. It
must be tough for whites to have to depend upon an air head like Sarah
Palin who has demonstrated to the world she is totally out of her league
and an emotionally unstable warmonger like John McCain to hold up the
banner for white folks during times as tenuous as these. It must be
tough for t
hem to see their futures tied to four more years of Bu$h illegality,
bungling, hubris and corruption yet they will rationalize doing the
irresponsible and voting for imbeciles like McCain and Palin just
because they're white. It's tough being white these days and
unfortunately for them, its not going to get any easier.
It's tough being a gung ho AmeriKKKan imperialist. AmeriKKKa is hanging
on by a thread in Iraq only because the US government spends billions
every day bribing the Kurds, Sunni and Shia not to shoot and kill the
AmeriKKKan invaders! Violence is down in Baghdad and other parts of Iraq
only because the Shia have, with the help of the AmeriKKKans, ethnically
cleansed certain areas and many Sunni have fled to other countries or
other parts o Iraq.
It must be embarrassing being an AmeriKKKan NeoCon watching your plans
for global hegemony turn to dust as the occupation in Afghanistan bogs
down and even the military leadership is saying things look bleak. It
must be tough realizing what you thought was going to be a relatively
easy task of pipeline security and protection has actually turned nasty
and the rugged Afghani tribes and Taliban are kicking your behinds.
Times are tough. It will be tough emotionally for black folks as whites
resist giving up their last delusion, that only whites can govern as
they desperately try to keep the White House white. The McCain campaign
is extremely desperate. Even they know they are losing and they are not
handling it well at all. The polls don't reflect all the young people
who support Obama and they certainly don't count the black folks who are
sold out for Obama despite our abysmal history of black mayors,
Congress folks, commissioners, Sheriffs, judges etc selling us out to
maintain the status quo in favor of whites even in cities or counties
where we are the majority. The McCain campaign will pull out all the
stops. Look for them to really go racist. Look for Willie Horton type
ads. Watch as they crank out anything to distract the people from the
main issues, the failing economy and McCain's inability to address it in
a way that will offer one scintilla of difference from the way things
are goin
g now.
It will be tough for those of you who live or work around older whites
who hate the idea Obama got this far and that he actually has a chance
to win. Deep down inside they know if this was a sane country, Obama
would win hands down. They are using every mental trick to delude
themselves and deny Obama has demonstrated he is head and shoulders
above McCain in disposition, intellect and baring. The consequences
will prove to be tough for them but they will go for the okey-doke of
racial bigotry and apartheid. They will vote for McCain and the country
will continue its slide over the cliff to wreck and ruin.
Times are really tough for the fascist who control the Republican Party
(both parties are actually the same only shades of subtle difference or
degree differentiate them). They will be forced to steal yet another
election thus reducing AmeriKKKa to true banana republic status, for all
the world to see. Their actions will forever seal and reveal the truth
about AmeriKKKa, that it's rigged elections, totally corrupt and
fiscally bankrupt government where the super rich lord it over the
masses are the norm and all the verbiage about freedom and democracy is
mere prevarication.
These are tough times indeed for the gullible, the foolish
and simple minded.
