Blackicon Neutral Your Law work "against" you! Hence, The Double Bind

Your Law work "against" you! Hence, The Double Bind

...."Highly concentrated and centralized power structures," in which political power is generated and maintained by a "repressive system that excludes potential challengers" and uses political parties and mass organizations to "mobilize people around the goals of the government";

The following principles are set for "Double-Binding". Which establishes a government regulated and are characterized by:

1) rule of men, not rule of law;

2) rigged elections;

3) all important political decisions made by unelected officials behind closed doors;

4) a bureaucracy operated quite independently of rules, the supervision of elected officials, or concerns of the constituencies they purportedly serve;

5) the informal and unregulated exercise of political power";
  • Leadership that is "self-appointed and even if elected cannot be displaced by citizens' free choice among competitors";
  • ie. An electoral college is a set of electors who are empowered to elect a candidate to a particular office. Often these electors represent different organizations or entities, with each organization or entity represented by a particular number of electors or with votes weighted in a particular way. Many times, though, the electors are simply important persons whose wisdom, it is hoped, would provide a better choice than a larger body. The system can ignore the wishes of a general membership, whose thinking need not be considered ? , ie. citizens who cast votes for electors.

  • No guarantee of civil liberties or tolerance for meaningful opposition; Civil Rights Act and Voters Rights Act 1965
  • Weakening of civil society: "No freedom to create a broad range of groups, organizations, and political parties to compete for power or question the decisions of rulers," with instead an "attempt to impose controls on virtually all elements of society"; Bill of Rights and the Constitution
  • Political stability maintained by "control over and support of the military to provide security to the system and control of society; Homeland Security, Black Water, Holliburton
  • 2) a pervasive bureaucracy staffed by the regime; The Senate, the House, CIA, FBI, Lower circuit courts, so-called Democrats, who meld an "image" through **socialiazation. defined as a process of learning one’s culture and how to live within it.
  • 3) control of internal opposition and dissent; <<< The United States government's Office of Inter-American Affairs or Office for Coordination of Commercial and Cultural Relations between the American Republics (OCCCRBAR)
  • 4) creation of allegiance through various means of socialization."

  • economics

  • entertainment
  • labor
  • law
  • politics
  • religion
  • sex
  • war
  • 5) Modern Democracy >>>Article 4 Section 4 - Republican government
  • The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
  • republic n 1 : a government having a chief of state who is not a monarch and is usually a president; also : a nation or other political unit having such a government 2 : a government in which supreme power is held by the citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by elected officers and representatives governing according to law; also : a nation or other political unit having such a form of government

Voter's Right "Bail out" and "preclear" are a clear attempt of "Double Binding". It's a Double edge sword for "Minority Voters" it allows for White voters who are having there popular vote "overan" to bailout and freeze voting in there counties, legally, ie. Florida.

See entire Constitution

Article 2 clause 5:

No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;

or

Amendment 13 - Slavery Abolished. Ratified 12/6/1865. History

1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

But all citizens should be able to be president; and slavery is abolished????

Covered jurisdictions (mostly Southern) may not implement voting changes without federal preclearance. The Justice Department has 60 days to respond to a request for a voting change. If the Justice Department or federal court rejects a request for preclearance, the jurisdiction may continue the prior voting practice or may adopt a substitute and seek preclearance for it

In the MIDDLE of elections? Florida

WASHINGTON DC - Today, a three-judge federal court in Washington, DC approved a consent judgment and decree for Amherst County, Virginia, lifting the requirement that the county submit any proposed voting changes to the Department of Justice (DOJ). The county is the fourteenth local government to obtain a bailout under the Voting Rights Act since the Act was amended in 1982. The other jurisdictions to bailout are: the cities of Fairfax, Salem, Winchester, and the counties of Augusta, Botetourt, Essex, Frederick, Greene, Middlesex, Shenandoah, Roanoke, Rockingham, and Warren. One other Virginia County, Pulaski County, reached agreement with DOJ to bailout several years ago, but never got its bailout papers approved by a three-judge court, as required by the Act.

The bailout means that Amherst County will no longer be required to submit any voting changes to the Department of Justice Department (DOJ) for preclearance review , and will give local election officials greater flexibility in making many routine voting and election changes that will benefit voters What voters???????
what voters????
