San Francisco 8 Event in Los Angeles Tonight!

Thursday evening, November 15th, 7 PM at the Southern CA Library
6120 S. Vermont (between Slauson and Gage).

Ray Boudreaux and Hank Jones, two of the SF Eight, will be speaking.

Sadiki Bakari of The Nappy Tongue Vanguard & FTP Movement will do spoken word.

A special street theater skit on countering "Thanksgiving" will be performed.

Sister Somayah, former member of the Black Panther Party for Self-Defense, survivor of the LAPD attack on the Panther offices, has asked to speak anddedicate a song to the SF Eight.

The Black Riders Liberation Party will be there.

A presentation about the police frame-up of LA activist Kahllid Al-Alim, and an appeal for funds for his case, will be made.

"Legacy of Torture" video will be shown. Plans will be finalized for a demonstration to free the Eight on the date of their next court appearance, Monday Dec. 3.
