I'd like to drop a personal note to all who plan to attend this weekend's Global Meltdown Survival Clinic event at the Yippie! Museum and Café.

It begins at 11 AM and ends 12 AM -- primary presentation starts at 7:30 SHARP!

I've decided to make some last minute dramatic changes to the program of Friday's Event.

Why? Because you've got to roll with the flow!

Let me give you a quick example.

Over the past 72 hours, we've seen two hurricanes hit opposite sides of the nation.

The first one Ike, hit the coastal areas of Texas and inland areas of Cuba and Haiti.

The second was the financial storm that rolled into Wall Street on Sunday.

They might differ in their effects but both were devastating.

In Texas, hundreds of thousands were displaced, and millions are without electrical power for up to a month or more.

Even worse, in Gonaives, Haiti… the body count rises every hour and the conditions in some areas are so horrific that they defy description.

(BTW – regarding the Haitian situation, we need to direct some attention to Marguerite Laurent Marguerite Laurent.com |Haiti News, Grant TPS to Haiti, immigration She is a committed Haitian activist that knows how we can get assistance to them – and they need help NOW)

Anyway …when I saw the Dow dropping over 500 points and the failing Lehman Brothers global investment bank collapsing, I knew that these were signs pointing in a direction I need to follow – that we ALL need to follow for that matter.

For one thing, I think that its pretty clear now to most people that things won't be getting better on Wall Street or, anywhere else on this planet anytime soon.

As I said in a previous letter – the proverbial handwriting is on the wall and I think our comfortably numb "Babylonian denizens" are finally beginning to read it, albeit too late for most.

So for Friday, I figured that I'd better make some dramatic changes in the program that will allow me to utilize every second that we have to get out ALL of the information that I possibly could.

I also want to make sure that this isn't going to wind up degrading into another useless jabbering session.

You know … the kind were everybody winds up talking about what we SHOULD do or GOING to do (how many of those have we attended over the years)?.

To HELL with that.

This has got to be about WHAT WE ARE DOING … RIGHT THIS MINUTE, TOMORROW and over the next DECADE and BEYOND – period!

You feel me?

I think you would all agree that the time for talk is OVER … in fact, its been over for many years now but, people needed to actually SEE this RMS Titanic of a society hit the iceberg and begin to take on water before they started heading for the lifeboats.

Some of them are still sitting in the ballroom enjoying the fine food & entertainment.

Good.

Time to make like Lot, leave them behind and ... don't look back.

I don't have ONE pico-seconds worth of time or energy to waste proletyzing ever again.

If these knuckleheads don't "get it" by now … they never will -- and, if you are still trying to convince them … YOU need to get it also or, you will NEVER move forward and make progress.

It's about the LIKE-MINDED folks now.

With that said …

Here's what we are up against and, what we will be creating survival strategies for this Friday.

Global warming.
The global food & water crisis.
Emerging diseases.
Global conflict (terrorism & war).
The global economic crisis.
Weapons of mass casualty & destruction (biological, chemical, nuclear) proliferation and use.
Genotype specific weapons development and use.
Natural, technological, environmental, civil, cyber disasters and emergencies.
Information control in the digital age.
The peak oil crisis.
The global housing crisis.
Destruction of our environment.
Global population control mechanisms (yes we will go THERE)

We'll cover some other subjects too but those are the primary an d most critical topics that we will discuss and provide direct and practical "treatment."

We'll also train some new people to become Global Meltdown Clinic "residents" that can form their own meltdown clinics to aid their own respective organizations, groups, churches etc.

We have a lot of ground to cover with a limited amount of time, so we need to make EVERY SECOND COUNT.

We can't save the world, BUT we can create RESILIENT COMMUNITIES and INDIVIDUALS that can ride out even the worst storms that we have coming our way.

We have no choice -- we must fight for a future -- if not for us than for our children.
