Yep. This morning I woke up to white supremacist propaganda scattered throughout the area. At first glance I was thinking maybe it was a party flyer but as I got closer I saw it was a skull and cross bones that said WAR above it, and a swastika. The flyers contained a phone number, mailing addy, and a website.

I'm currently staying with my mother in Southern Cali, in an area that has a lot of white people. So I cant really say I'm shocked.They are definately trying to recruit and get the word out about their organizations.

So they are putting in work, that's why these monthly action alerts and the building we do here is so crucial. After seeing that, it really increased my sense of awareness because we know they exist and what they do but, it was a different kind of experience to see it on my doorstep.

I also live in a mostly white area and the National Alliance passes out flyers all the time but they've never actually brought flyers to my door. They usually scatter 'em around the street and on peoples cars when no one is around. They even passed out flyers at a high school once. Not much you can do though...

I understand but I really don't take neo-nazi groups seriously. I think they are a nuisance but I don't view them as a serious threat.

The letter to the Nazi group reads, "The Ohio Building Authority has agreed to grant your request for members of the National Socialist Movement to hold a rally in front of the DiSalle Government Center on Saturday, December 10, 2005 between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m."
