Women in Presidential Power
Women in Presidential Power
By T. Duffy I could be assuming too much, but after thinking about what has been going wrong since this president got in office, I wondered who would benefit or what would be different if a woman became president. It's not because I'm comparing them to men. It's because I also wondered if their politics would become a new and unique genre that could create some new political values. What may answer my questions is most have a better since of empathy. This could also affect most things relative to the poor, environmental issues and oddly I believe the condition of black men also. Since most of these circumstances have gotten less concern from democrats or republicans and less from conservatives. I believe only a woman, owing to others for personal reasons, would avoid showing some interest in these areas. The grape vine says Hillary Clinton and a couple of others could end up on center stage. If Condolezza Rice becomes a candidate, I believe she could face some opposition. No, this isn't prejudicial primarily because most voters won't forget she was part of a political regime who disturbed the core of this country and was always in conflict with what became troubling to most. So her politics may not change. Secondly it would come from blacks that first celebrated her because she's black, but later felt differently. Most felt it was important for us to have a black person in her position and considering it was a woman, it was extra special. But she has shown to be less independent of character and more apt to turn her head when it comes to their concerns. She could have to work on her relationship with blacks to regain their trust, because most seem to know more about Hillary than they do about her. She may be as qualified, but considering most voters choose politicians they like, instead of by their abilities, so if she's chosen to run, she could have a difficult time. Although I've always been concerned about most issues that affect blacks, my attention is now for black men, who may get some consideration from a new kind of politician. If some or most of what I'm thinking is true, chances to renew himself could get more attention, especially if he's got the drive, or have something to offer. Aside from black men who occupy the jails, most have learned how to protect themselves. Many today have decided to quietly keep out of harms-way, probably to keep from becoming another statistic. But knowing the racial preference of whites in general, if a woman is elected, she will most likely be white. Unknowingly to a vast number of people, there's a subtle relationship between black men and white women, that's not necessarily intimate in nature. They are being pushed together professionally and the union shows no conflict. But for those who may be putting more into what I'm saying, these women have different concerns. Don't forget it's been claimed for decades, white men and black women were always comrades. But these women are involved with their movement and more so in politics. Their intent is fixing what they believe was wronged against them and power. Many are learning the ins and outs of finance. As others who may not have to, because they're married, or involved with men with wealth so their objective is to obtain that wealth, then control the institutions their men create to get it. Who may not be as successful, are black women whose interest are really not the same as theirs. Although there's a portion of black women who may have similar interests, unfortunately it's those who don't realize they're being brought along; who believe it's their gender that keeps them on par with white women. The truth is, their circumstances and lack of men who can't create the same wealth, makes them less comparable. The downside is many may discover their so-called sister solidarity is for numbers, not for what they contribute. But back to why I wrote this. If the disturbing subject arises about the dilemma of black men suddenly becomes a political issue, which it has never been, it could create some urgency in the white male to get involved and assert themselves to address many of its true causes. If what I suggested about a new kind of presidency is also true, the power from many directions will be in the hands of combatants. Therefore it will challenge men, who would automatically consider the feminists movement that was initiated, because of women's lack of opportunity and the alleged maltreatment by men. More important, any reason to further their commitment to create and set new policies maybe to stir up interest about society's shortcomings, can become their legacy. It could secure there future chances to get more women in that position by gaining black men or men in general who are sudden sympathizers. But just as important are other social and domestic issues that have been shelved. It seems to be their time to reign and only from the oval office can they prove they're just as good, or better then the men before them. © December 2005 By Thomas Duffy Afromerica staff writer -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Brother Thomas Duffy will be keeping the Black community updated on the most current Black expereinces effecting our lives. Charles Horton"
Beloveth, MQGWM, here is loving you. because it is easy for me to communicate with you. I share my inner most feelings of truth from my experiences. I have found that whether male or female, the mind, and spirit that occupies the position as president will be rule by external forces. there will be the same mentality ruling this country, and world. So whatever the gender is of no importance. It is my overstanding, and feeling that the person in that position is a deversion. A mouth piece, and figure head. Kind of like the wizard of oz. Looking behind the curtain will reveal the true forces behind that position. As we have spoke before about, it is all a illusion. I am certain of this. Remeber that if a women is placed in the position of presidentcy it only changes the visual illusion. The same wicked evil forces behind the scene will be pulling the strings. Remember the source behind Cleopatra? Mark Anthony. A Roman. The same Romans are behind the power now. It hasn't changed. This will only given women a false empowerment that will again create the illusion of power. If being equal to man is the goal for women, this goal still falls short of being all that our Creator created us to be. It is our Creator that created both male, and female. How much more equal can we be. It is this system, and society that has placed women under man. Remember this is the Roman way of being male, and female. Master, and slave. What good would it do to place a women in the same position. She becoming the Master, and man becoming the slave? Still we would find ourselves in a ungodly position. We are gods, and goddess. Equal respect is given to both positions of gods, and goddess. One could not be without the other, and still be of God. A women being president is of no concern to us. Only a illusion of progress to those that support being a part of this Romanistic system. What manner of spiritual consciousness is need to fill the position of president? What manner of spirit is needed to fill the position of goddess? That is the reality, and truth of the matter. Here is loving life, and being who our Creator created us to be. "Quit Playin'"
In my imangination, I see Lucy (yt woman) holding the football (African man) for Charlie Brown (yt man) and seeing him KICK IT THIS TIME.
History has taught us that Africans in general and Afican men in particular are a 'menace' as far as yts are concerned. My cynical mind tells me that the current focus on African men is to occulurate them into service to the status-quo and to temper the everpresent revolutionary/rebellious tendencies within us. This is a side-show and distraction to impede the growing movement among all Africans to not only not play the yt man's game, but to GET OUR OWN BALL. I personally will no-longer support the legitimization of the Republicrat party, and instead will continue to formulate, plan and implement my PERSONAL, "AFRICA IS RISEN" agenda -seeking to support and cooperate with the progressive ideas and actions of other Africans whereeve they exist. I was Created in this time, in this reality to express and exemplify the Born-FREE African that IAM, as that is what I "Thinketh" I AM, and so I shall BE. How much longer will Africans continue to "be" the Ball in this wicked game? How many innings, quarters, sets, rounds and frames will we be "in the game but not of it" I have been kicked-around one-time too many, and call TIME OUT. I 'aint playin' and am SERIOUSl about my agenda. NO MORE GAMES! Thank you for allowing me to share. I am IN LOVE with AFRICA and AFRICANS. Peace and Love!

"Africa is Risen" is my expressed energy that a 'Risen Africa" is NOT an if, or when, but NOW, which I give power to and proclaim as such. I am a Deviout African, and Africa is my "religion." I evangelize the Majesty, gift and wonder of Creation that is The African. I AM Created African on purpose and with purpose. In this current world dis-order, I identify this purpose as living, loving and celebrating the Creation I AM without apology or permission. I DENY all thought, energy and action that would suggest or bid be disbelieve that which I accept and overstand about who I AM and WHOSE I AM. I AM African, and I belong to Africa. I AM My "earth" mother's child, and AM created wonderfully and beautifully. Mine is a journey and mission of affirmation without (outside) confirmation. I need nor require a second witness, for The Creation I AM is proof and my ONLY witness. "Your gifts are for sharing and your talents are for wages" That said, practically speaking, I am planning to extend my professional Coaching service to ECOWAS (Economic Commonwealth of West African States), where I plan to provide IT, Software and "Social Entrepreneurial" support to MY PEOPLE. It is my expressed intention to do this NOT for income, but in service to Africa Risen. The ability to aggregate knowledge and information, organize and -teaching others how to turn knowledge into know-how is a gift I share willingly. My wealth is not material, and my reward is not earthly, and for wages -"I'll PM you!
