Long time no rap....I wanna share something with you guys but are too lazy to type it again. so ill just give you an exact copy of the email I sent to my family. PEACE!

Today I finished reading the book "13 steps to Survival of Afrikans in America," by Anthony T. Browder. I have learned a lot of things from this book. When somebody gains knowledge it is only right to share that knowledge. But sometimes you learn stuff that may be too advanced for people or over peoples head. So one thing that struck me on the book that I could share with you all is the word "MELANIN."

Pronunciation: 'me-l&-n&n, Webster's dictionary (the racist bullsh*t that it is) defines Melanin as a dark brown or black animal or plant pigment . Other definitions are as following...

-substance that gives the skin its color (also called pigment).
-The pigments that give color to the skin and hair. The greater the amount of melanin the darker the hair. They usually decrease with age, resulting in gray or white hair.
-(MEL-a-nin): A skin pigment (substance that gives the skin its color). Dark-skinned people have more melanin than light-skinned people.
-Pigment, as typically produced by specialized epidermal cells called melanocytes.

So now we have a basic understanding of Melanin, for those who took the time 2 READ IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok now Melanin is a pigment in the body wich scientist have yet to really understand. But one thing they do know is the amount of Melanin is different in every "RACE." And whites/European's having a majorly low amount of Melanin, i.e. the whiteness or lightness of their skin.

If you study you will come to see that the first man/men were Afrikans. The oldest books and oldest writings of all time come from Egypt or Ethiopia. So basic+ly we are all from Afrikan decent. The first white person came from when Afrikans ventures off to discover new lands. They landed in Europe and then the "ICE AGE," left them trapped in Europe with no way to escape for years. They were trapped behind glaciers of ice over the size of football fields. So over time there black skin had to mutate to adapt to the new climate and conditions. Over time the skin became lighter to combat the harsh colds, the eyes became bluer and the hair lighter. This is all scientific fact for those non-believers. And with this being said it has now been found that not only did those people who became "white," loose their dark skin their brain was affected by loosing large amounts of MELANIN!!! And scientist has now discovered THAT LACK OF MELANIN CAN EFFECT THE BRAIN. In what ways you ask. You sh ould already know. What trait does every white person or person of European decent display? I know this might sound racist but they all emit high anger syndromes. Lack of Melanin somehow effects a part in your brain that control reasoning, compassion and anger. Thats what gave whites the ability to dump oil on a "slave," and cover him with bird feathers. Tie one leg to a horse, the other leg to another horse, and whip the horse until they split the slave in half, all while doing this in front of his female counterpart. Its takes somebody with high anger to do that, or somebody with low Melanin.

Ok, now that we understand Melanin, the history of it, how it plays of a part in our lives, we can now learn to gain higher Melanin.

1. PLENTY OF REST AND NATURAL SUNLIGHT . sunlight stimulates the activation of melanin.

2. FOODS HIGH IN MELANIN. ripe bananas with brown spots, dark grapes, sweet corns, greens and rice

just two simple steps, there's a few more but slow motion for yawl. and the way this lack of knowledge of Melanin plays a part in white supremecey/European impearalism is because they dont even mention Melanin. Why because its telling you basicly the darker you are the better. look in the dictionary for the meaning of white and compare them with the meaning of black.

The core of the problem is a spiritual one. We're dealing with spiritually deficient beings. White people are not a RACE of people as we have been taught to believe race is. White people are simply a group of people with a certain set of thinking and behavioral patterns easily provable and distinguishable from any other group of people on the planet. The only reason they look the way they do is because of the long term effects of their disordered behavior. There is no environmental reason for nature to create a RACE of albinos, however BEHAVIORAL PATTERNS can create a GROUP of albinos. Basically what it comes down to is this; White people don't do the things they do because of how they look. The way they look is just one of the consequences of their long term behavioral pattern. Am I talking about a curse? Some may view it as such. Aside from random mutations, which could never account for the existence of the group we're speaking of, behavior is another way to create albinos. You know how when you go to the doctor, he/she'll ask you if such and such illness is common in your family? He/She will want to know if your mother or father had this illness or this disease and so on. Well, when you study their civilizations, one of those disordered behaviors that you'll come across is INCEST, among many others that were not merely random occurrences but actually traditional and systemic. Albinism is one of those disorders that can become very prevalent if you have generation upon generation practicing incest, messing around with brothers and sisters, mothers and sons, fathers and daughters. They've localized their gene pool and therefore certain illnesses automatically as a consequence start popping up more often, so whereas albinism may have once popped up in 1 in every 100,000 people, it can get down to 1 in 100 and even less.

The following is from the book "Yurugu: An African-Centered Critique of European Cultural Thought and Behavior" by the Warrioress Dr. Marimba Ani. This is the author's note on the Dogons of Mali in West Afuraka/ Afuraitkait:

Aside from incest, one of the other major behaviors of disorder that you'll discover as systemic in krakka/ bockra civilizations would be homosexuality. Messing around with one gender. It was so widespread for instance in Greece that one would think that if there was a way to reproduce using just one gender, everyone would be with their own gender as a partner. But hell, they working on that with cloning aren't they? Maddafack what was described above sounded like cloning in a way. There are so many things I could glean about their behavior and thinking in that passage above. In Greece, in order to hold certain public offices you would have had to have been engaged in homosexuality for a certain period of your lifetime, from the time you were a child actually and yes pedophilia was systemic as well.

Anyway the system described by the Dogon of male and female cooperation is widespread and systemic in AFRICAN THOUGHT and BEHAVIOR, mind you there is widespread KRAKKA THOUGHT and BEHAVIOR in Afica now and everywhere we are in the world where we've been exposed to the domination of krakkas/ backras. If you check the indigenous African systems, you see the origins of that Apex we reached in Kemet.

Mande Creation Story: In the beginning, there was only Mangala. Mangala is a singular, powerful being who is perceived to be a round, energetic presence. Within Mangala existed four divisions, which were symbolic of, among many things, the four days of the week (time), the four elements (matter), and the four directions (space). Mangala also contained two sets of dual gendered twins. Mangala was tired of keeping all of this matter inside, so the god removed it and compiled it into a seed. The seed was his creation of the world. The seed however did not hold together well and blew up. Mangala was disappointed with this and destroyed the world he created.

Mangala did not loose hope; the creator began again, this time with two sets of twin seeds. Mangala planted the seeds in an egg shaped womb where they gestated. Mangala continued to put more sets of twin seeds in the womb until he had 8 sets of seeds. In the womb, the gestating seeds transformed themselves into fish. The fish is considered a symbol of fertility in the Mande world. This time, Mangala's creation was successful. This is important, because it illustrates the idea of dual gendered twinship, an idea that permeates Mande culture.

Mangala tried to maintain this perfect creation, but chaos crept in; one of the male twins became ambitious and tried to escape from the egg. This chaotic character is called Pemba. He is a t trickster figure who symbolizes the mischievousness of humans. Pemba's first trick was to steal a piece of the womb's placenta and throw it down. This action made the the earth. Pemba then tried to refertilize what was left of the womb, committing incest against his mother, the womb.


This GROUP(not race) of individuals look the way they do because of their BEHAVIOR.

My point with white people is that;

1. It is said that the transformation process took 20,000 years in the Ice Age. The ice age ended 20,000 years ago.

A. So if the ice age created the disposition, why has there not been another change in that respect.

B. Why would the ice age shrink a population as opposed to stabilizing it

C. Why is the population shrinking when this change occurred during the ice age FOR the experience of the ice age?





People have a hard time going down this road because they're thinking white people are a RACE of people and white folks have told us certain things about race. Some we accept some we don't give a 2nd thought. For instance when they say that "there's good and bad in all races" (such an oversimplification) we accept it because it sounds "good." However, when they tell us that how people look on the outside is not an indicator of race it slips our mind. We're still thinking about what they USE TO SAY and not on the balance of what they use to say and WHAT THEY ARE SAYING. Currenly this is what they are saying;

"Caucasian is used almost exclusively to mean “white� or “European� rather than “belonging to the Caucasian race,� a group that includes a variety of peoples generally categorized as nonwhite. The biological aspect of race is described today not in observable physical features but rather in such genetic characteristics as blood groups and metabolic processes, and the groupings indicated by these factors seldom coincide very neatly with those put forward by earlier physical anthropologists."

This is the reason why I say that "white people"<--- (social term that carries social function/ behavior) are a GROUP of people and not a RACE. I'm going off of their definition. They're giving us the information and we're not using it. They're not just talking about the darker skinned people that we see in Egypt and the rest of North Africa today. They're talking about, for instance, indigenous Sudanese people. Manute Bol, the former basketball player, is considered "black, not negro." I won't even get into all the ridiculousness of that right now. The fact is they consider him to be of the same race as "white people" which is as they have coined, caucasian. They consider a lot of the pitch black people in East Africa as nonwhite caucasians as well as some of the black people in the Pacific and Australia. PHENOTYPE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF GENOTYPE. Two organisms with the same phenotype can have different genotypes. Why do I even mention this? I mention it because people say that I can't ascribe this disorderd behavior to an entire race of people. I'm showing you that I don't. I'm ascribing this behavior to a GROUP of people out of an entire "race" who call themselves "white people." The ones they consider to be "black, but not negro" and yet caucasian do not exhibit the same behavioral pattern as the caucasians who call themselves "white people." Also when I say a "GROUP", I don't mean that they conspired to behave this way. The record doesn't indicate that all the different tribes and clans with their phenotype got together and conspired to behave in a certain way towards people of color all over the world. The record clearly shows that they independently displayed the SAME BEHAVIOR everywhere they went. I checked out the definition of white a while back. The 1st definition stood out to me.

WHITE: 1.The achromatic color of maximum lightness; the color of objects that reflect nearly all light of all visible wavelengths; the complement or antagonist of black, the other extreme of the neutral gray series. Although typically a response to maximum stimulation of the retina, the perception of white appears always to depend on contrast.

Did ya see it? "THE PERCEPTION OF WHITE APPEARS ALWAYS TO DEPEND ON CONTRAST." Among themselves, they are Visigoths, Latins, Vandals, Scythians, Ostragoths, Franks etc., However, notice that whenever they come into contact/ contrast with people of color, the color game is played by them. All of a sudden they become "white people" and hell is unleashed on the people who ayne "white."


It has been scientifically proven that it is beneficial to have melanin in cold climates. They still cannot prove that there is an environmental reason why a group of people would lose so much of their melanin. Their lack of melanin is what contributes to their problem with reproduction. Why would nature in an attempt to ensure the survival of a group of people inhibit their ability to reproduce? It defeats the purpose for nature to take away the melanin (in order for them to survive as a people in cold weather) to the extent of the lack of melanin now affecting that very survival. I lived in Alaska for a short period of time. There are no albino animal species there. When it comes to the natives there in Alaska, they are still people of color. They still have melanin visible in their skin. Some are quite dark. NONE are pale skinned, blue eyes, blonde hair. Not even close. They are people who crossed over from Asia along the Bering Straits. They were living at the same geographic level as "white" people. The were covered in the Ice Age too. I reiterate that there is no environmental reason for a people to lose all of their melanin. The moose around here have melanin in their skin. The brown bears, black bears around here have melanin in their skin. The polar bear has jet black skin and so on.

I watched "The Real Eve" when it came on the Discovery Channel. I had issues with it ofcourse because they actually tried to put it across that everybody in the world was the color they are, where they are in the world, due to weather. They didn't even discuss invasions and mass rapes/ miscegenation/ genocides. Some stuff just didn't make sense at all. They said we left Afuraka and went to Malaysia (a country with a tropical climate) which is damn near on top of the equator and we got lighter? They got all these other folks who live on the same parallel level as we do in Asia and around the world and we had to get lighter. We crossed the Red Sea at the point in Africa where Asia is separated from us by 10 miles and due to the 10 miles we traveled east our skin got lighter. They can kiss my gritz.



Do you remember that segment on "The Real Eve" when they were discussing reproduction and they were talking about the importance of folic acid? White people are very susceptible to photolysis because of the low level of melanin they have. Cell replication and HUMAN REPLICATION (reproduction) are critically dependent on folic acid. Now, folic acid, is something we already have in our bodies like a lot of other vitamins, minerals and proteins and so on. Remember, we don't get the vitamins, minerals and proteins from the foods we eat. That's a biological impossibility. The vitamins, minerals and proteins inside the foods we eat STIMULATE production of them. Now, folic acid is found especially in green leafy vegetables, liver, kidneys, dried beans, mushrooms, fresh fruit and yeast. Out of all those things, which do you think would have been available to them in the ice age which is where they say they developed from cro-magnons? Obviously, they didn't have the foods necessary to maintain adequate levels of folic acid production. Not to mention the vitamins, minerals and protein you need in order to absorb enough of the little bit of folic acid that you're getting as it is. Ok, folic acid degrades. Here's the definition of degradation from www.dictionary.com

Degradation

1. The act or process of degrading.
2. The state of being degraded; degeneration.
3. A decline to a lower condition, quality, or level.
4. Geology. A general lowering of the earth's surface by erosion or weathering.
5. Chemistry. Decomposition of a compound by stages, exhibiting well-defined intermediate products.

This is the PRIMARY reason for their low birth rate. MELANIN PROTECTS FOLIC ACID FROM DEGRADATION/ DECOMPOSITION. In fact, melanin protects DNA from degradation. These are 2 good reasons to have melanin (especially in the ice age) at levels "white people" in general don't presently have. Scientifically speaking, who are the most ummm urra "changed" people on this planet? Haven't they been saying that they are the most evolved of all the "races" and that we were the most primitve or devolved? Now, when you look at the definitions for degradation, one can easily see how if I am blunt about the reality of the situation without explaining this information people would think "oh he's a racist." That would be because of definitions #1-3. The combined effect of this information and definitions 4 and 5 should've had you falling out ya chair.

My intuition tells me that our body processes are run by divine intelligence/ will and not merely by themselves. A hidden force is behind how our body deals with what it comes into contact with on the outside or inside. Scientists say that the reason our genitalia are darker usually than the rest of us is because protection is needed against ultraviolet radiation damage. White folks ayne darker in the pelvic region. So not only do they not have melanin protecting folic acid which is critical to birth and degrades, but they also don't have protection from radiation damage to their gametes. Gametes are the ovum(egg cell) and sperm cells. FURTHERMORE, a melanin sheath covers both the sperm and egg cells. It does the same thing with our sex cells as it does with folic acid. On a side note, this is the reason why "white" people are more prone than any other people on earth to be born with neural tube defects such as spina bifida or in other words tails. They don't tell the truth as to WHY however. They'll simply say that it's due to a deficiency in folic acid, but they won't tell you the TRUTH about WHY there is a deficiency in the folic acid in the first place. Osteoporosis is another condition that disproportionately affects them and is directly related to melanin, but they don't tell the truth about it.

"If you don't have melanin in the core of your brain, lungs, liver, blood or bones then you won't even reach embryo stage. Melanin is vital for life. One wouldn't reach the point of having those aforementioned organs if one was totally without melanin. You won't reach the point of one month in the womb. The level of melanin that has been taken away "by nature" from these people, from the data on birth rates, suggests that it may be deeper than the skin, eyes, ears, hair (the normal areas affected by what we call albinism). People associate albinism with an absolute absence of melanin. As you can see this is false and albinism is precisely what this topic is about in actuality. I won't get too deep, but I've stated it before. We(black folk) have been on this planet so long that we have seen the extinction of several other species of human-like creatures. No amount of political correct statements are going to stop the course of nature/ ntr/ The Supreme Being.

Lastly and also as I've stated before, white people don't do what they do to us because they "hate" us. It is because we have something that they don't have and that they want. This is the reason why they degrade these things in our eyes so that we will be more willing eventually to give it to them. Basic psychology. However, as first stated, the problem is primarily a spiritual one. No amount of "mixing"/ miscegenation is going to help a spiritual problem.
