Just was outside, saw the little ones getting out of summer school. My thoughts went to our future. Once before I said that if we don't get it together by the end of my generation, and what I meant was by 2008-9 we will have to wait another generation. Another 40yrs. What do I mean. What generation had Dr. Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, The Panthers, Afros etc. Malcolm Martin and The Panthers, were as I was a youngster, 10-13. This generation I am in has relatively produced no what we call leaders where are they. We are the broken pieces of a generation past. that had focus. It is incumbant upon us to pick up the torch, but I believe we have failed miserably. we have been sidetracked. And bought into the lies and deception of capitalism etc. there are some of us alive, but so splintered it will take the Miracle of the Creator to make something now happen. It is not that I have given up, but I look at the generation behind me. A generation for the most part we have lost. Lost to drugs violence black on black hate. Wanna be hustlers, pimps, killahs, saggin pants, blunt smokin, modesty is out the door. So in seeing the little black children. So beautiful and innocent. I see this is the future the generation that is maybe 10 and under. this is who we need to teach, who we need to reach. The ones we have to instill the sense of pride in who they are. This is our future. Lets not drop this ball. It seems to me it will be another 40yrs before we come out of this mire we are in Peace

Remember the leaders that you speak of come out of a revolutionary movement/attitude by the People and not of themselves. Also the people mention, in their time, they were the bin Ladens of ameriKKKa. Not everyone was for them including some Africans. In the 1950s people would of said the same thing as you but the all of the ingridants for movement was there....as they are today.

"Cowardice asks the question: is it safe? Expediency asks the question: is it political? Vanity asks the question: is it popular? But conscience asks the question: is it right? And there comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor political, nor popular - but one must take it simply because it is right."

If I may add a little more to what is said. I agree the time ingrediants etc. are here. In my opinion also if I may express such. We need spiritual guidance from Our Anscestors and Creator in order to be successful. If we move in the realm of spirit we will be more than over comers. When I say in the realm of spirit I mean following the directives of our Creator Orisa and Anscestors in this we will not fail, but we must seek direction from them (only my opinion) If we only operate in the realm of flesh, and ignore the supernatural we shall not do anything of permanence

I definitly agree. Leaders are created in time of war and when there is peace leaders are seldom created. Think of African and European nations. Europe has been fighting each other for many many years. Along that road has created phenominal military and polital leaders. If USA were to ever repeat history and we or even the whites fall into slavery, warriors will be developed and it will begin a major movement.Originally Posted by Im The Truth
