SPECIAL NOTICE: A Microphone and speakers are highly recommended but are NOT REQUIRED, if you plan to participate in this discussion. We will be utilizing the voice chat features of the chatroom. We will allow members to type their comments who do not have a mic, but our goal is to have all participants to use their mics.
NOTE: Once the chat session has officially started at 4:00 pm, please welcome or greet members who are arriving after 4:00 p.m. via Private message. By doing this it will help to ensure that the conversation continues to flow smoothly without interrupting the person who is making their comments at that given moment.
NOTE: When a member wants to participate in the discussion, they would indicate to the moderators by typing the Exclamation Mark "!" and waiting on a chat moderator to let them know when it is their turn to speak.
After finishing their thoughts, they would type the at sign "@" to indicate they are finished speaking.
The Maximum time for speaking is THREE MINUTES. If you want to speak again, use the “!” symbol again and wait.
ANY disregard to these rules will result in a warning. Further disregard will result in a temporary ban from the chat room.
