The package included an 1,800-word manifesto-like statement diatribe in which Cho expresses rage, resentment and a desire to get even. The material is â€œhard to follow ... disturbing, very disturbing,â€ [NBC President Steve] Capus said in an interview late Wednesday afternoon.
