i saw this article in the london observer that defense contractors have been awarded by the pentagon new contracts,these companies are the ones that have been under fire for human rights abuse in abul ghraib prison, most guards learned torture techniques from experimenting with africans and latino
prison populations,it amazes me how people can walk away with impunity,you know,and these are the same people that were known for the prison abuses in cuba!
