Let's face it, the cost of groceries are rising. Especially the cost of fresh fruit, herbs, and vegetables. Fresh fruits and vegetables are essential in maintaining a healthy disease free lifestyle.

Many people who struggle to make ends meet cannot afford to eat healthy in order to maintain good health. We have to understand that we have to eat a certain way in order to avoid and combat life threatening diseases.

I have been thinking about this for about 2 years now. Every time I step into a grocery store grow angry at the high cost of fruits and vegetables. You can also plant low cost fruit shrubs and dwarf fruit trees in your yard as well. Even going as far as planting house plants that will grow fruit. Let's walk that road to better health and gardening.
