Finding that Laptop / Notebook deal

One great thing to look for is a nice deal!!! With the right timing you can get a Dell, Acer, or HP FULLY LOADED $600 off, 30% off + Always Free S/H with coupons at checkout!!!! Im talkin powerhouse Laptops for $650-750.00 shipped with tax. Acer's also a good brand that will have deals, but as always focus on the specs, not the name. Cuz Dell and HP can make some real low end garbage!!

Dont add too many features or you may end up with a 8lb BRICK like my bro got. (he added everything he could to the HP HDX) When you look at the lbs, it will most likely say "lbs at starting price." The more u add the heavier...

One thing I would look for is an HDMI output. (High-Definition Multimedia Interface)That allows you to seamlessly connect the notebook to HDTVs. Dual Core CPU is the standard now and this one's a bit above average. expect to pay $75 more for a stronger CPU (about 2.4Ghz compared to this 2.0GHz)


This is MAINLY for the freaks that play a LOT of games, Or are a computer animator, or do Video editting. I would ONLY recommend this if you fit THAT category, because you'll need a good graphics card for that. you wont mind toting a 16" heavy notebook (Blame the Video Card) cuz its worth it. Otherwise, the POWERHOUSE Video Card with HDMI is probably unnecessary, but are GREAT to have!!!!!

If you want that same powerhouse but a little thinner smaller and lighter, keep checkin in those sites and wait for that deal to come. and expect to pay a few hundred more.
