Receive Action Alerts by RSS Feed

You can now receive Assata Speaks Action Alerts as RSS Feeds DIRECTLY to your Opera, Firefox and upgraded IE browsers.

How can I view RSS Feeds?

The RSS FEED send Action Alerts DIRECTLY to your browser and store them for viewing, even when you're not on the site, so you will always stay connected and ready for ACTION! (if you dont see the "rss" insignia on the forum, go to the homepage and you will see it there.

You can also have Assata Speaks! RSS added to your "Bloglines", "My Yahoo", or "iGoogle".

Get the Assata Speaks Action Alert Feed:

(1) Click on the "RSS" icon that appears in your browser window or the lower righthand corner of your screen.
(2) Or simply click here: Assata Speaks! Feed

(Firefox and IE7 users should use the "rss" icon. Opera users may use either method.)

How would I put this in my browser? Does my browser have to have a certain program downloaded in order for me to see the feed?

Depends on your browser.

If you are running Opera or Firefox, just click the link and it will issue a prompt which asks you if you want to have the feed sent to you directly. After that, you will receive a small alert whenever a new RSS Feed arrives. Most versions of IE have it built in too. If you don't, you can get a Internet Explorer plugin that allows your to get feeds delivered. It will be like getting an Instant Messenger alert while you're online.

If you have troubles with RSS or you are using a wack version of IE or Firefox try this:

I can't vouch for AOL, Netzero or those various browsers. But even if you use their internet service you should NOT be using their browsers. lol Get an stand alone RSS Reader from here (be sure to go the bottom of the page and look up FREE versions) or switch to Opera, so you will have it all installed for sure. (opera is faster and has more features anyway)

Also remember My Yahoo, Yahoo 360 and lots of blogs allow you to put the RSS feed link onto your member pages and you can read and share them there too.

Just added on Opera, which is FIYAH! And added All feeds to it, and three to Yahoo 360 ( I am afrokisssss on Yahoo).

I dont know about yall, but the rss feeds is the shizneit for me, Im able to check thangs on the low while at the slave, big ups to Ifasehunreincarnated for putting me down!!
