John Henrik Clarke and others???

I just watched a 2hr video of John Henrik Clarke that I had for over a year sitting in the my archives, which was my first time seriously watching a full lecture by him, and I have to say I'm extremely impressed at his scholarship. Mainly for 2 reasons: #1. He's a great African political historian, probably one of Our greatest. #2. The context in which he gives history is in politics.

Is there anyone who is close as great as John Henrik Clarke is? Or is he simply the best in his field?

I think he was simply the best in his field, the depth of knowledge he had is absolutely not a joke at all.

Dr. Clarke had no equal in his ability to use history as a basis for analysis. The same can be said about Amos Wilson's interdisciplinary approach toward using psychology, economics, political science, sociology, and other disciplines to form analyses.

All the scholars listed above have contributed, i think, on an equal footing, in terms of presenting Right Knowledge (in all its various contexts) for our people to digest and use as mental energy. As such, who was the best is a question that is unanswerable, i think. in fact, i think the question might be just be a bit irrelevant...
