- If there are black people of the African diaspora who are truly interested in getting a piece of Africa, here is an opportunity for you and I am sure there are more like it for those who are capable. African leaders etc, do not want to give their land to leeches (Europeans, Asians, Whites, Indians, and Chinese) but if no one else is stepping up what are they to do? I know a man who owns land in carious places in Africa and yet he is still in the US right now Fihankra International - In Ghana, they are offering land to only those of the African diapspora to:
"For generations, descendants of Africans born in the Diaspora have longed for a place in their ancestral homeland-Africa, to which they could relocate and claim their historical Right of Return. This longing, at least for a limited number of poineering persons, can now be satisfied as Fihankra International has acquired a larlge tract of land in Ghana, West Africa..."
"The determination of this movement to return and directly participate in Africa's reconstruction rests upon two pedestals:
1. The summary of views of the Honorable Marcus M. Garvey [...] that the reconstruction of Africa and the redemption of its people is unachievable without the reintegration of Africa by its Diaspora, and
2. The axiomatic declaration of Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah [...] reminded us that: 'Our independence is meaningless unless it is linked up with the total liberation of the African continent.'"
"Fihankra's view is that by building this township into a model community, it will not only be taking an integral step in the process of reintegrating African people, but by attracting to Ghana additional technical expertise, political insight and long-term equity investment, will also by extensin contribute significantly to the process of Africa's reconstruction..."
- However one who applies for land must holp up their end of the bargain:
"Diasporans of 21 years or older who apply for land and are prepared o assist in the rapid development of the community in which it is situated, are eligible for and can acquire a plot of land by: (1) applying for and completing a Land Application; (2) paying the Annual Land Assessment and maintenance fees and (3) starting construction of their home or business, within two years of receiving their Land Title Certificate to the land. Applicants are also expected to complete their facility by the end of the third year."
