The 4th Annual
"Queen Mother Moore" Conference will take place
July 27-30, 2006 in Philly, PA

Sessions will be held at:
The Mantis School 4522 Baltimore Ave. &
The Friends Service Center- 15th & Cherry Sts.

The "Queen Mother Moore" Conference will focus on the life, work, and legacy of this great African/Black warrior woman who was an activist, freedom fighter, and human rights advocate. Queen Mother Moore, a Garveyite, was also one of the first pioneers and internationally recognized fighters for African Reparations.

The QMM Conference will celebrate, enlighten, and empower all who participate, and will also hold special sessions to provide essential pro-active information and training for Sistahs interested in keeping OMM spirit alive and assist in assuring the mission and dreams that she and other great African ancestors worked for is manifested to its fullest.

The QMM Conference will consist of workshops/training, strategy sessions, naming ceremony, African Women's Healing Circles, Reparations Town Meeting, Honor Roll Ceremony, Violence and Abuse of Black Females Hearings, and the initiation of the Queen Mother Moore (Sistah Souljahs) Society

Pre- Registration: Adults: $35.00* (before June 31, 2006)
$50.00* after 6/31/06
MWM members deduct $10.00
Children and Elders FREE
(Registration Fee does not cover special health related services and lunch/dinner meals)

The African Village Community Town Meeting
Focus: 'There Must Be Retribution": "Reparations Now" will be held on Fri. July 29, 2006 at 7:00 PM. This is a free open forum that is designed to educate, motivate, and activate.

This meeting will provide updates/reports, pledge and solicit support for existing projects, and deveop additonal strategies. It will also officially launch the African Women For Reparations " Million Signature" Campaign.
The AWFR Cadre "Million Signature" Campaign is geared to females of African descent (18 up) who are in suuport of and demand African Reparations now. The African Women For Reparations Cadre is committed to educating and training
