Sessions for Black Females


The Philly Cadre of The Original Official Million
Woman March is offering Free Grassroots Organizing,
Freedom Fighting, and Activism Training Sessions and
Workshops for Black Females 12 up

First Session begin July 27, (Queen Mother Moore's
Earthday) 2005 and will run thru to Black August.
(approx. Aug. 31) be held at The Mantis School located
at 4522 Baltimore Ave and at Clark Park 43rd and
Baltimore Ave.


These sessions are excellent for beginners (Sisters
who want to be activist, better social change
organizers, freedom and human rights advocates,
progressive leaders, etc.) but also for those who have
the desire to share what they have experienced and
learned and are open to learning more.

Information and Training includes:

History of Black Folks (sistahs in particular) and
Resistance in the US
What is Community Organizing and Why.
What is Activism and Advocacy Work
Fundamentals of Black Progressive Effective Organizing
Transforming Grassroots Skills into other progressive
and productive ventures, actions, and Movements
Understanding Political Frame Works and Dynamics
(general Black PE (political education sessions)
The Pit Falls and Many Faces of Selling Out and how to
avoid and rid of it.
Knowing your basic, civil, and human rights
Organizng and Advocating For Real Change
Wholistic Health for Organizers
