Being a Woman is Great

Men in their Attitude,
Their Egotistical Moods,
With their Chauvinistic Ways,
What is it?
I don’t get it?
Do you think that your better,
Or do you think that we are lesser!
You got Mothers,
What about your sisters,
Where’s the Respect,
The Equal opportunity!
You came from a woman,
Got your game from a woman, shout out to Tupac Shakur!
So why all the aggression.
You must not know your history,
Lapse of your memory.
So let me take you back,
Don’t let Adam and Eve get you confused,
All that stuff was rewritten.
You say you gave me a rib,
Thanks, but no thanks,
God gave me my own.
And just to be intact and give you the facts,
Look back at all of our Queens,
Must I give you a list of all the beautiful Black women that have ruled;
Amina; Queen of Zaria,
Cleopatra VII; Queen of Kemet,
Nefertiti; Queen of Kemet ,
Kemet means Egypt because I know for sure you don’t know your history unless it’s on BET.
Know let’s get back to that list,
Makeda; Queen of Sheba,
Hatshepsut; Queen of Kemet,
Nandi; Queen of Zululand ,
She is represent for women with high self esteem, just like me!
Nehanda; grandmother of Zimbabwe,
This is just a few to say the least.
Pardon me I’m being too cocky
I must forgive you,
You don’t know any better because your mother didn’t teach you,
I know the reason,
History helped me through it,
It must be jealousy that has you in this illusion!
So all you men with your attitude,
Your Egotistical moods,
And your chauvinistic character,
If I were you I would be jealous too!
All this beauty,
All this knowledge,
All this power,
All these gifts that god granted me, cause you can’t deliver.
You try and keep us down but we rise high every day,
So forget your ways and your malicious acts.
When you feel the need to belittle and misbehave
Fall upon your knees,
And ask god why he didn’t bless you with all the essence I have.
So women,
When they get that feeling of trying to make you feel lesser,
Repeat after me!
I am the successor!

I'm proud of you ! That was great posting that. You must really know how to make recall the answers to males' inner-questions. Once they will let them out and honor the women's knowledge from successors like you, about equality.

And, I think they might be weakened within themselves by not knowing how to turn it all around but the answer is who they need with themselves ; not a kind of put-down that would have been useless because the source of the matter would get forgiven easily. You radiate knowledge that's deemed. I feel like encourageing you to write about the argumentations connoted in that poem. They will avow it is what it says.
