Look to see Queen Afua on her new City of Wellness tour coming to a city near you this summer. Queen has written a new book to be released the first part of June called "City of Wellness". It deals with using food as medicine and promotes a strategy of healing, fasting, and detoxing our bodies of the mess society feeds us as food. Queen shares the ways of Ancient Ancestors to help us reach purification, liberation, and spiritual evolution. The tour starts in Richmond Va June 8 then to Raleigh Nc June 9 and 10, ironic that this is where some of our first ancestors were brought to this land.
