This two-day conference will focus on a variety of strategies that will help city and state efforts to end homelessness. Sessions will examine criminal laws and how they affect the homeless, the creative use of traditional financing programs, effective development of affordable housing, and methods for building better communities. Participants can choose from different workshops and are invited to attend a reception and dinner on the first day of the conference.
