What Is The FTP MOVEMENT?

FTP is a collective movement working to mobilize and organize members and/or non-members of African/colonized organizations to points of unified thoughts and action for the liberation and self-determination of our people.

Minister of Defense Huey P. Newton of the Black Panther Party state that the people learn through "observation and participation." So with that is mind we not only "talk the talk", but we "walk the walk".

FTP is a revolutionary movement working to put the power back in the hands of the people, so that we the people can control our own destiny.

FTP is against capitalism, imperialism, and all other by products of global white supremacy. We work towards communalism (African scientific socialism) and nation building.

FTP is not one of those "deep" movements or organizations that tend to waste time rappin, jawjapping and not producing any action.

FTP has teamed up with the POCC, The Talking Drum Collective and a number of other action oriented organizations and adapted a "do for self" attitude for the People. Some of the programs FTP has successfully launched and have in full effect are:

i'm so excited and inspired by the work you young folx are doing, DON'T LET NOTHING NEVER, EVER TURN YOU AROUND! Y'all are setting such a strong, powerful example for us all.

Just like is so often said up here, revolution is more than just chanting slogans, making speeches, etc. We all have a part to play in this mighty work, and the work has to touch on every aspect of our lives, as Baba Ahmed rightly points out very regularly.
