Greetings! ImHotep!

From time to time I am compelled to "surf" our psychic channels looking for signs of our recovery from this experiment in doom. Having been infused with a warrior's spirit at birth, it was just about 1998 when I started seeking "hard core" revolutionaries online. . . . I was quickly losing my ability to be patient w/those wanting to sing "we shall overcome" and/or "lift ev'ry voice!" I wanted serious revolutionary thought, speech and action AND where I was living there was a dirth of even pro-Black identity in the community. . . . My "call" spiritually/psychicly for a "family" with which to strategize, grow and liberate our people was put forth on the highest frequencies and in Full Blast!. . . .

Not many of us can boast the obedience to spirit in the way that Bro Jacuma can by way of founding, maintaining AND expanding this site. His spirit has answered not only my little call but the call of millions -- for I've only been here for a year and I feel/know that many more are on their way. . . . . . .

Every now and then I take 4 to 6 hours to read the different forums and threads therein -- I don't always have comment nor reason to participant in most of them -- just following spirit's urging to view and become familiar with my online home. . . .

This site is of epic proportions and magnitude! It is technologically savvy and every bit a 5 Star "Joint" as any on the net! Yet the real testament to the site is the ease with which newbies, especially young people, can post their thoughts, questions, desires for our people and/or just plain vent! While being in cyberspace lends a certain level of "security" when it comes to projecting yourself as you want to be seen, this community has a host of members that are always on alert when it comes to authencity of participants! Even with that being the case folks feel "safe" enuf to let their hair down and test the waters of sharing one's self in the name of unity and liberation!

As an organizer, motivator and visionary Bro Jacuma stands shoulder to shoulder with any of our great ancestors that have walked this road before him! As a man his dedication to this quest of rescue and liberation is beyond the call of duty paralleled only by unbridled passion for the ultimate goal of freedom!

His ability to inspire by way of his consistency and determination has brought forth a Cadre of remarkable comradesses/comrads that could easily walk with those warriors of our other great organizations of the past 4 centuries! Each contributor is a giant in their own right!

And yes this reply is unusually long -- for the thread was a history and run down as to how this community came to be! And if making it longer would lend any power to the longevity and continued success -- I'd write until Aten-Ra was no longer in the sky!

It is with great honor and respect I salute you Bro Jacuma as I acknowledge this Blackcellent work/home you have laid the foundation for and that you continue to fan the flames of life into! It is with great honor and respect that I applaud the ongoing work and dedication of the Cadre and the long time membership!
