The Return of Assata Radio! This program is a tribute show dedicated to Queen Mother Assata Shakur and all political prisoners/prisoners of war. Revolutionaries past & present. Pan-Afrikan Nationalism in Action can be found here! It has been a moment but the powerful, provocative and at times controversial Assata Radio is back. We will inform, enlighten, uplift and get you involved in our own empowerment! Hosted by The Talking Drum Collective's: Bro. Majadi Baruti Tune in to our: Upcoming Show: 7/5/2009 12:00 PM The first return show will be on Sunday as scheduled at 12 noon, but Blogtalkradio.com seems to do well on Friday nights. Moving it there would be a better effort so with some work promoting the program for that 8pm-10pm time slot will be a powerful move. I also have from great sources that Fridays are dead now...Let put some fire in it shall we? Let's enlighten, uplift, empower and put into action the work of real revolutionaries!!!
