I am starting a monthly magazine that is focused on political knowledge and involvement, economic development. that includes a black business directory.
i am also in the process of starting a charter school that is targeting African youth who are on the verge of droping out, have the worst grades, attendance records, and so called behavioral problems.
as well as a mini market where we'll sell t shirts with impowering slogans and quotes, names and faces of our brothers and sisters of the struggle of the past and to date, we will also sell natural soaps hair and skin care products.
the later 2 are underway but on the back burner for i am only 19 and enrolling into college without much staff or people that i know that will aid in some areas. the magazine is going to hit the streets in 3 months. in the neer future (next few weeks) i'll be looking for writers, editors and people in my atlanta area who wil be my method of distribution.
furthermore i look to have some communication with everyone who is builing with a focus and truth on the business level. all of the business owners and those who want to be must have constant communication and cooperation to institute a financial foundation that could sustain the weight of our people and their needs.
anyone with focus and truth contact me via email IM responce to this post etc. ill be black
Emancipation Proclamation brought an end to slavery,
but did not bring an end to the suffering...
Well, the last thing we need in this day and age is Africans making fun of Africans struggling hard to make a contribution to our ultimate economic independence.
I salute the "landlord". Owning real estate is a very smart move for all of us. It sure beats paying rent to the pigs. The struggle is about BLACK POWER. BLACK POWER is about controlling some land. Even if we must start with only a small investment property, at least we are on the right track. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Control one lot today, control Africa and Arabia tomorrow.
We are also real estate developers, but on a very small scale, so far.
Again, we need to encourage each other; not knock each other down every time we try to move in the positive.
Forward! LONG LIVE THE NATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, right now i buy jewelry lots off of ebay and resell them at a higher price. Nice looking stuff too. I also purchase purses, makeup and other beauty products and resell em. My target focus are women. I invested just a hundred bucks and made three hundred.
That doesn't sound like alot, but thats pretty good and i'm working for myself. I'm also creating comic books and getting into the self-publishing thing. I do some lawn cutting here and there too. Just keep moving and working thats all.
