I am in the process of trying to get my company off the ground. The company name is KSARD (www.ksard.com), which stands for KS A&R and Artist Development. Basically I discover, development and help market talent.........underground talent. My mission is to provide opportunities for artists to have a voice outside of mainstream media. Being that mainstream media caters to materialism and degrading images, it's time for underground talent to have a place to shine.

The medium I will use mostly to market talent is through multimedia i.e. web site design, photography, image consulting, entertainment industry training i.e the do's and don'ts, stylist, vocal coaching etc. I will take on a wide range of creativity. Dancers, vocalist, actors/actresses, models, instrumentalist, visual artist.

What I am looking for is someone who is interested in the same to become a partner of mine. If you have a specialized skill in any of the above, please contact me. The company is based out of the DC Metropolitan Area

Also I am looking for links to all black owned businesses, or anything anyone would like to market so I can place your add on my site.

you can purchase a templet, although I don't prefer that, but to know how to do one you would have to know at least html, and some sort of digital art software like photoshop
