Cde. Roy,

On a very urgent note, we are creating a database of Pan Africanists with skills. Governments has said that the reason they have been unable to deliver on their promises is because of lack of capacity. They have gone to India and Cuba to source skills. The PAC has said that we need a skills base that will

a. Be loyal to the Africa
b. Transfer knowledge and skills to Africans at home so that we build a large pool of skills

c. Bring people from the Diaspora who understand the vision of Pan African Unity.

In this regard we are making a call to Africans whereever they are to provide us with their latest CV's These will be submitted publicly and systematically to government, and we will follow-up on these in each department to ensure that government short-lists Africans for jobs. The immigration laws have just been relaxed to enable us to push hard for Africans who can offer the following skills:

1. Call Centre Management
2. Construction
3. Engineering (all kinds especially civil and chemical)
4. Water and sanitation
5. Electrical engineers
6. Epidemiologists
7. IT specialists
8. Intellectual property lawyers
9. Trade economists and lawyers
10.Industrialists
11. Geologists
12. Statisticians
13. E-commerce specialists
14. Computer technologists
15. Intelligence
16. Public management and administration
17. Process oriented facilitators
18. Communication specialists
19. Financial manager who can teach non-financial people
20. Recycling technologists
21. Agriculture

We would welcome as many of resumes as possible with a wide variety of the above skills.

Izwe Lethu
