| April 4th -- The day of Dr. King's execution April 4th -- The day of Dr. King's execution
(TAKE NOTE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING IN ZIMBABWE AND HELP OUR PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THAT AS DR. NKRUMAH WARNED WITHOUT UNION GOVERNMENT AFRICA WILL CONSTANTLY BE SUBJECTED TO NEO-COLONIALIST ONSLAUGHTS...There is no other way forward but Union Socialist Government...we must work harder to educate our people of this fact all over the world Roy)
On the anniversary of that dark day April 4, 1968, please do not forget to remind people of Dr. King's assassination...as Kwame Ture often said he was a man of great principle who had only one weakness -- his misguided commitment to non-violence as a principle.
But his critique of capitalism and the US perpetual war machine and their links to our racist oppression was so effective that our enemies moved to take him out...with the complicity of certain forces within his own organization...just as elements in the BPP assisted the state in such operations in the instances of the assassination of my good friend Fred Hampton, set up by the main pig in the Il Panther Party, O'Neal and frankly, I believe that young Bobby Hutton, the first Panther to be killed, --- only 17 years old was set up by that pig Eldridge Cleaver...they forced Hutton to strip naked and then they killed him right there on the streets of Oakland.
The internal enemy is always there working on behalf of the external enemy this is important to remember, it was true in the case of Vesey, Prosser, Garvey ... it was true in the case of Malcolm's suspension from the Nation of Islam and in his assassination at Audubon. Which is precisely why we must understand that unity does not mean UNITY WITH THE FIFTH COLUMN who lurk amongst our courageous people to subvert and destroy our liberation movement not only here but all over the world.
Remember the nature of our enemy. It is absolutely amoral and inhuman and as such we are called on to be scientific and thorough in our revolutionary work. But, we must also remember that when they killed Malcolm the movement embraced Malcolm's line with a renewed vigor and blunted the ultimate goal of our enemy, to remove his vision from our collective minds...and that when they killed Dr. King three years later the mases of Africans all over this country exploded in rage and attacked the pigs everywhere...this is also part of the lesson we must convey on somber anniversary such as this.
