 spinach & potato soup
Ingredients 2 onions, chopped 3 potatoes, chopped 2 veg stock cubes nutmeg pepper bag of spinach 2 cloves garlic cream (optional) Instructions 1. Boil up the chopped onions, stock cubes, garlic amd potato for 20 minutes. 2. Add the spinach and simmer for 10 minutes. 3. Whizz with hand blender. Add a little cream to taste.
