He pleaded innocent because Afrikan people are fair game here in the United Snakes, innocent because he is a barbarian with a license to torture and murder, innocent because the system always covers his tracks, innocent because we are not human in their cave dwelling eyes. However, today he weeps that he is guilty, he looks around the court room confused and he feels betrayed, yeah his ass is guilt!

Ever since August of 1997 Police Officer Justin Volpe has swore up and down that he was not guilty of ramming a stick up the rectum of our Haitian Brother Abner Louima causing critical damage to vital organs, tearing up flesh and damaging tissue. No one speaks of the psychological damage done to the victim. This terrorist in blue thought it was a joke and all he would face is a mere administration problem that would explain away his sanctioned barbarism.

He knows that part of his job is to terrorize that Black population he hates so much. I mean, its like a perk and at times the perk is more important than his pay check. So now because of the Black Outrage and positive action Volpe has gotta take one for his team.

Nationally, the oppressive police forces of this nation have stepped up already brutal activities obviously testing the resolve of Black people. A deadly game, but one necessary to contain a people fed up on their reality here in the horn of plenty.

Now that community pressure has beamed down on the New York Police Department and our community is finally talking about protecting itself, Volpe had to be sacrificed. Don’t confuse this shit with justice, it merely is political necessity... seen?

The man who walked through the New York police station with the blood of Louima on a stick bragging about the torture meted out by him and the four piglets who helped in the attack, is now crying in court over his fate. He is the son of a retired New York Detective, who probably is wondering how times have changed, pleaded guilty after his boys dimed him out.

Check it, It is important for us to realize justice must come from the victims and we are aware that its all a con to cool us out. A major part of being an adult in our villages deals with protecting our family and extended family.

Executions and tortures on the street and in police custody must be stopped by continued positive action. They can keep testing the waters if they like, we know this is bigger than one cop or one incident. Personally, I’m tired of calls for Grand Juries and special prosecutors from the offices of the people who cause our pain.

These are deadly times when women and grandmothers are at the mercy of a merciless enemy engaged in the destruction of what little internal security that we have.

While every other race is arming itself for protection for the new millennium, here we are defenseless for four centuries. Things must change in our heads, in our style, in our motion. We are not guaranteed a future because we were the first, the only we count on is life is and has always been a struggle. For that’s what life is about, for real-for real.

Let this be a warning to the enemies of the people darker than blue, you are playing with fire, we ain’t going out like scared punks as you brutalize us one at a time. It is time to prepare to defend this race y’all.

Finally, we should be in training for warfare just as our enemies are planning to rumble us if they think they can take us out. In Chester, Pa. and other place across this country local, police, national guard and straight up military units are practicing just for you. Urban warfare, black helicopter attacks and concentration camps are all on their menu for us.

There should be no debate on whether they will use military tactics against us. Once you realize they could if they wanted to you must begin to prepare for it like it is a reality. I’m sure many in the population of the indigenous people of this land didn’t believe they could be and would be wiped out. The few survivors are in government concentration camps (so-called reservations) eating government cheese and huddled in diseased blankets.

It is not only irresponsible and cowardly to pass on our responsibilities to protect our own people, it is genocidal. Those who are relying on the enemy to pull off their attack dogs are insane, then why pay them any attention. Most of us know what we have to do, we must do it.

To attempt to pull together a militia without political organizations to oversee ‘em is backward, consequently as we train we must put together fresh new revolutionary groups to go to the point. Beware, of those who want to use our struggle as a personal adventure. Revolution is always guided by logic, any response to the enemy’s tyranny must be conscious, logical and politically thought out.

Because we’ve been lunching we are now stuck with a host of lame civil rights apologist and integrationist enemy loving front men and women. Consequently, the cult of personality leadership should be dead in the water. Collective leadership, crack organizers and loyal rank and file membership is what makes an organization move, remember that.

Small military cell units have been developing and will develop in response to the onslaught of our people. Trust me on that. However, the political activism is lacking. We must develop our people into an organized race starting with small groups locally. As the saying goes “Think globally and act locally.�

If you think you can pray these people up off ya ass or inter- marry your way to freedom get the hell to the back of the class.
