Everything was unleashed on our people including hurricane Katrina herself, as
the genocidal program against our people steamrolled over the helpless. There
was no mercy, just the execution of their murderous plan and their goals and
objectives to set up tomorrow’s reality which is not to include Black and poor
people.
We watched in horror as the mass murders were executed right in front of our
faces, the elders, children, women and men died. Like the murderous live
broadcast of the deaths of thousands, color TV screens were red as Katrina’s
waters flowed claiming lives and the culture of the people.
Again Amerikkka was littered with the dead, body parts and the traumatized as
they broke for a commercial seeped in capitalistic humor. You can’t look away,
you must keep your eyes on your deadly enemies as we plan to combat the
genocidal machine and the New World Order scheme to steal mother Earth and
destroy hue-manity.
The Amerikkkan military has seeped into our lives and now is streaking to
capture us all. Times ain’t changed, they’ve changed the times with synthetic
terrorist scares, fascist Patriot Bills, military and armed guards in the subways, on
the planes and in the malls seasoned with Homeland security lockdowns that
telegraph that Amerikkka’s true enemy is within. Once the experience of the
victims of Katrina are circulated the warning will be complete.
-September 2, 2005 Troops told “shoot to kill” in New Orleans A detachment of
300 National Guard troops have landed... with the authorization to shoot and kill
"hoodlums", Louisiana Governor Kathleen Blanco says.

-300 of the Arkansas National Guard have landed in New Orleans,
Blanco said. "These troops are fresh back from Iraq, well trained,
experienced, battle-tested and under my orders to restore order in the
streets... They have M-16s and they are locked and loaded. These
troops know how to shoot and kill and they are more than willing to
do so if necessary and I expect they will" said the murderous Bitch!
-Many people have spent four days without proper food, water and
sanitation and endured nights of lawless blackout. Residents reported
survivors dropping dead in shelters. Hospitals were evacuated after
power ran out.
-Blanco said up to 300,000 survivors might still be stuck in disaster
areas in the state and at least 40,000 uniformed troops were needed
for New Orleans alone.
-FEMA had been in the city for three days "yet there is no
command and control". "We can send massive amounts of aid to
tsunami victims but we can't bail out the city of New Orleans” was
the cry.
-And the people scream, "This is America, I don't understand the lack
of communications between the authorities and the people... It is
disgusting, we feel we have been forgotten."
-President George W Bush vowed "zero tolerance" for armed gangs
and profiteers as the

-People of New Orleans were disarmed by the military and the police,
consequently they could not defend themselves from internal or external
predators... under what authority was this done...
-officials were confiscating lawfully-owned firearms from law-abiding citizens.
Gottlieb said. In every other natural disaster this country has ever faced, people
retain their civil rights, including the right of self-defense, but not in New Orleans.
-Report: Armed Mexican Troops Invade U.S. Eyewitnesses, under the cover of
aid, these combat ready soldiers roll into Texas, Congressman Ron Paul says
Mexican troops in US period is "illegal, unconstitutional"
-The Associated Press reported today that unarmed Mexican troops were being
escorted by the US army to help relief efforts for hurricane Katrina.
The convoys reported to Alex Jones are said to be fully armed with Heckler &
Koch German assault rifles... the vehicles were festooned with insignia reading
'Mexico MP's' and the Mexican flag.
-U.S. Fleet Forces Command Public Affairs Detachment reported that Mexican
marines and Dutch sailors were on Amerikkkan soil. Not civil humanitarian
workers but military personnel, get use to it!
- FEMA will not deliver supplies to the estimated 10,000 victims of Katrina, who
have refused to leave New Orleans. FEMA already stated three days ago that
these people would not receive any food or water. Many of these residents are
middle class homeowners who would not have their families broken up in the first
days of the rescue as the authorities demanded or more often they refused to
leave their beloved pets behind.
-Aid was withheld by FEMA sabotaging relief efforts. The LA Times reported
today that "scores of police and volunteer firefighters from around the nation, as
well as trucks loaded with donated water, were being prevented from entering
New Orleans, while troops conduct house-to-house searches."
-FEMA has caught cutting communication lines. Sheriffs in several counties of
New Orleans have set up armed guard patrols to prevent FEMA from further
actions of sabotage. Needless to say, cutting communications is an act of war!
-Proving New Orleans was a test run for an all out take over, the
chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee wants to repeal a law that
prohibits the use of federal troops in domestic law enforcement. Of course, the
use of federal and foreign troops in law enforcement capacities were illegal.

Black Water Mercenaries
Only dictatorships use mercenaries; mostly to consolidate their hold on the
people, maintain control over everything, and to oppress the people as they
runaway with their human rights. There is no other reason to use mercenaries,
no other reason. These are the reasons the government hired professional
killers. Consider this:
-Over the last 3 decades years, many Black families have moved into New
Orleans from rural spots. The white elites who control the city, want them evicted.
Blackwater, are guns for hire, were called in to evict the people by fear or force.
This , of course is at the instigation of the Louisiana Governor. Meanwhile it has
been reported that the elite imported Israeli contractors to guard their properties.
- Blackwater mercenaries in New Orleans operated just as they did
in Iraq, they carried machine guns and were deputized by the State
Of Louisiana to carry out arrests. In addition, they received shot to
kill orders and they shot and killed. How many we will never
know, nor will we know if they were used for strategic
assassinations. In the case below, people said this youth refused to
leave and "army types" just shot him.
