If I am blessed with children one day,I will definitely home school them,because I want them to be taught in the ways of our ancestors,not the Eurocentric ways. Our children should know about our great & powerful history,since public or private schools are afraid to do so. Our children should have great pride in our culture,and should be told the truth about our great heritage.

I agree BlackQueen. I in no way am letting my future seeds have anything to do with the Amerikan MIS-educational system. Hopefully I won't be living in this country when I have children.

Homeschooling allows the child to learn at a better pace than public schooling. Homeshooling also allows the parent to spend valuable time with their child. Homeschooling is a good way to go.

Is there really any way for our children to advance other than our own Afrakan homeschooling methods?

I don't think so... Well, college (even if it's white owned) but that's about it. Anything else white funded is a complete joke.

Home Schooling Is The Way

Public school ain't free and Private is a fancy name
I've tried both, NOW i'm home schooling
Public put my child to shame, YOU'RE the boss, so whose to blame
Private stole my money, hell, I got sick of their fooling

It's all about Race and Money, that School House game
Haven't you heard, they don't TEACH anymore these days
They get paid to tell lies, talk American Idol, fortune and fame
They suck life out of little Black kids, hurt their brains, teach THEIR ways

Public school cost fortunes and you really can't afford to pay
Special Ed Black kids, lost souls, low self-esteem, sexual addicts and more
Private's the same, less students, no difference, PAYING is their way
If you truly love your children you'll eat this apple and see it's core

I tell you Teachers don't TEACH no more
They put a book in their hands and a screen to their face
Walk out the room and close the door
Haven't you heard? The program your child's under is called,...Pace

The curriculum of THIS school day?????
Cheerleading for the white girls and sports for the boys
Preselected since first grade and whatever they DO or SAY is the way
The JOYS of school, ALL for THEM and they get all the toys

Homeschooling ain't hard at all, just requires a little of your time
With a highschool diploma you could do it yourself
Or find the home schools on line and pay as you go, a grand and a dime
Look, the schools have failed our children and they need our help

If the Internet Highway is what they're using THERE
Then they can achieve the same results sitting somewhere else
Teacher places a disc in the CD drive with another one to spare
I'm not TOO dumb and they're full of hogwash

In homeschooling they're a few perks too
Fewer school clothes to buy, no gang fights or discriminations to bear
No discussions with teachers who don't have a clue
And you won't have to buy that Air Jordan shoe

Now some may ask, "what about socialization"
You have family and friends, museums and zoos, attend church, get along with others?
Today's school don't TEACH, they're only for rehabilitation
To destroy the good works of the fathers, tear down the spirit-filled mothers

They're destroying our children cause Lynch is still living!
Kill Bill??? HELL NO! Kill Willie!!!
Snatch your child! Take some courage! Put your money in one pot, start a ring!
Remember, Willie has a girlfriend teaching today and her name is miss White, Lily White

Uh huh...I dig it and I do it!...my son attends a semi-private school but Its nothing compared to when we sit down together at that dining room table and I teach him(about our ways as afrikan people) I talk to him about it constanly and set good examples...A couple of times I caught him watching me as I was reading a book...he really loves books! And he know some things that the school does'nt teach him...because I enforced it! babies toddlers and young kids are like playdoh you can mold them and thats what im doing to mine!...A positive afrikan shape!

First of all, SheRose, you poem was just excellent! I loved it and felt so proud when i saw it was yours. Talented mind and soul.

Second, yes, homesechooling is the way, and even if you still take your child to school wheter it be for onw reason or the other, take all the time you can to homeschool your children on the matters they dont touch at school and make him see the lies on those they do talk about (history, religion, art, etc etc..) Turn them into continuos critics of everything they heard and read, even encourage them to find themselves to be true (or false) what you are teaching them. Provide them with books and explain them why you are doing all this.
Culture! Education! are the main tools for growing and change!

I remember other threads where we have reasoned about when its the correct time to tell our children about the truths of this world. I say its not what you tell them (we should be able to talk about every damn thing) but how you do it, cause children are children, and if you dont know how to do it better i say do it the straight way, cause children are no fools.

And by the way, I dont see anything wrong with the statement Saddiqi wrote, even if he is white, they too can reject the lies of their system, wheter they benefit them or not.
